Claims (14)
- 코어와 이 코어의 외주에 형성된 1층 또는 2층 이상으로 이루어지는 클래드층을 갖는 플라스틱 광섬유 소선과, 그의 외주에 피복층을 갖는 플라스틱 광섬유 케이블로서,
상기 코어는, 폴리메타크릴산 메틸, 또는 메타크릴산 메틸 단위를 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어지고,
상기 클래드층은, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 단위를 포함하고 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)에서의 결정 융해열이 40mJ/mg 이하인 불소함유 올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 층을 적어도 최외층에 갖고,
상기 피복층은, 내측부터 순서대로 광 차단 피복층, 제 1 기능 피복층(C), 제 2 기능 피복층(D)으로 이루어지고,
상기 광 차단 피복층은, 차광제를 함유하고, 나일론 11 및 나일론 12 중 적어도 1종의 나일론계 수지를 함유하되, 상기 나일론계 수지 유래의 모노머 및 올리고머의 합계 함유량이 1.5질량% 이하인 수지 조성물로 형성되고,
상기 제 1 기능 피복층(C) 및 상기 제 2 기능 피복층(D) 중 한쪽은 제 1 수지 조성물(I)로 형성되고, 다른 쪽은 제 2 수지 조성물(II)로 형성되며,
상기 제 1 수지 조성물(I)은, 폴리뷰틸렌 테레프탈레이트계 수지 또는 에틸렌-바이닐 알코올 공중합체를 포함하는 수지 조성물이고,
상기 제 2 수지 조성물(II)은, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)에 의한 결정 융점이 240℃ 이상 280℃ 이하의 범위에 있고, 또한 ISO14663-2: 1999(Annex C)에 정해진 방법으로 측정한 온도 T(K)에서의 산소 투과율 P(cm3·cm/(cm2·sec·Pa))가 하기 수학식 (1):

상기 제 2 수지 조성물(II)은 나일론 66을 포함하는, 플라스틱 광섬유 케이블. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스틱 광섬유 케이블을, 발광 중심을 파장 500nm 이상 600nm 이하의 범위에 갖는 가시광 발광 다이오드와 조합하여 신호를 전송하는 신호 전송 방법.
