Claims (24)
- 코어와 1층 이상의 클래드를 갖는 플라스틱 광파이버로서:
상기 클래드는 에틸렌 10~35중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 45~69중량%, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 20~45중량% 및, 다음 식(1) 또는 식(2):
CH2=CF(CF2)3H (1)
CH2=CF(CF2)3CH3 (2)로 나타내어지는 플루오로비닐 화합물 0.01~10중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
2층 이상의 클래드를 갖고, 최표층의 클래드는 에틸렌 10~35중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 45~69중량%, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 20~45중량% 및, 다음 식(1) 또는 식(2):
CH2=CF(CF2)3H (1)
CH2=CF(CF2)3CH3 (2)로 나타내어지는 플루오로비닐 화합물 0.01~10중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
최내층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 최내층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 65~85중량% 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌 15~35중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 최내층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 35~60중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 35~60중량% 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌 5~30중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 최내층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 10~35중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 45~75중량%, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 10~30중량% 및 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르류 1~10중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
최내층의 클래드는 퍼플루오로알킬메타크릴레이트 단위를 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 최내층의 클래드는 다음 식:
CH2=C(CH3)-COO(CH2)m(CF2)nR
[식 중 R은 불소 원자 또는 수소 원자, m은 1 또는 2, n은 1~10의 정수를 나타낸다]로 나타내어지는 퍼플루오로알킬메타크릴레이트 60~95중량% 및 메틸메타크릴레이트 5~40중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
2층 이상의 클래드를 갖고, 최내층의 클래드는 에틸렌 10~35중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 45~69중량%, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 20~45중량% 및, 다음 식(1) 또는 식(2):
CH2=CF(CF2)3H (1)

상기 최외층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 65~85중량% 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌 15~35중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 최외층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 35~60중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 35~60중량% 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌 5~30중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 최외층의 클래드는 불화비닐리덴 10~35중량%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 45~75중량%, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 10~30중량% 및 퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르류 1~10중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
최외층의 클래드는 퍼플루오로알킬메타크릴레이트 단위를 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 최외층의 클래드는 다음 식:
CH2=C(CH3)-COO(CH2)m(CF2)nR
[식 중 R은 불소 원자 또는 수소 원자, m은 1 또는 2, n은 1~10의 정수를 나타낸다]로 나타내어지는 퍼플루오로알킬메타크릴레이트 60~95중량% 및 메틸메타크릴레이트 5~40중량%를 공중합 성분으로서 포함하는 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버. - 제 1 항, 및 제 3 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스틱 광파이버의 클래드의 외주에 1층 이상의 피복층을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 피복층은 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리올레핀 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머, 폴리아미드 엘라스토머, 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머, 가교 폴리올레핀, 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머 수지 및 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드. - 제 19 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
최내층의 피복층은 폴리아미드를 포함하는 피복층인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
2층 이상의 피복층을 갖고, 최표층의 피복층은 폴리아미드 및/또는 열가소성 엘라스토머를 포함하는 피복층인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
105℃의 온도에서 24시간 가열 처리한 후의 피스토닝은 ±0.5mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
30mm 길이에 있어서의 플라스틱 광파이버와 피복층의 밀착력은 30N 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광파이버 코드.
