Claims (13)
- 음이온 교환기가 탄화수소계 수지에 공유 결합하고 있는 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지막과, 상기 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지막의 적어도 일면에 적층되어 상기 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지막과 일체화되어 있는 촉매 전극층 접합용 접착층을 포함하는, 막-전극 접합체 제조용 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막이며, 상기 접착층은 25 ℃, 60% RH에서의 영률이 1 내지 1000 MPa인 음이온 교환 수지를 포함하고, 두께가 0.1 내지 20 μm인 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 20 ℃의 물에 대하여 1 질량% 미만의 용해성을 갖는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 20 ℃의 메탄올 및 에탄올에 대하여 1 질량% 미만의 용해성을 갖는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 음이온 교환기가 탄화수소계 수지에 공유 결합하고 있는 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지를 포함하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 음이온 교환기가 스티렌계 엘라스토머에 공유 결합하고 있는 스티렌계 음이온 교환 수지를 포함하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스티렌계 엘라스토머가 폴리스티렌-폴리알킬렌-폴리스티렌 삼블록 공중합체인 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 교환기가 탄화수소계 수지에 공유 결합하고 있는 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지막이, 다공질막과, 상기 다공질막 내의 공극에 충전된 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지를 포함하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지막과 접착층 사이에 양이온 교환 수지를 포함하는 중간층을 갖는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중간층을 구성하는 상기 양이온 교환 수지의 상기 탄화수소계 음이온 교환 수지막에의 부착량이 0.0001 내지 0.5 mg/㎠인 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막.
- 제1항에 기재된 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막의 적어도 일면에 촉매 전극층을 형성하여 이루어지는 격막-촉매 전극 접합체.
- 제8항에 기재된 고체 고분자형 연료 전지용 격막의 적어도 일면에 촉매 전극층을 형성하여 이루어지는 격막-촉매 전극 접합체.
- 제10항에 기재된 격막-촉매 전극 접합체를 조립하여 이루어지는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지.
- 제11항에 기재된 격막-촉매 전극 접합체를 조립하여 이루어지는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지.
