Claims (8)
- 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛(47)을 제어하는 방법으로서,클러치 유닛(47)은 상기 클러치 유닛(47)의 입력 요소(41)로부터 출력 요소(45)로의 제어 가능한 토크 전달을 위한 하나 이상의 마찰 클러치(49)와, 상기 마찰 클러치(49)를 구동하기 위한 액츄에이터(51)를 포함하며, 상기 방법은,- 클러치 유닛(47)의 입력 요소(41)와 출력 요소(45) 사이의 회전수 차에 클러치 토크를 곱하여 마찰 클러치(49)의 손실 출력을 산출하는 단계;- 마찰 클러치(49)의 순간 부하 상태를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 가중 계수를 이용하여 마찰 클러치(49)의 손실 출력을 가중함으로써 클러치 유닛(47)의 마모도를 산출하는 단계; - 이 경우 클러치 유닛(47)의 구동 중에 마찰 클러치(49)의 손실 출력에 대해 적어도 하나의 시간 적분치가 생성됨 -- 상기 산출된 마모도를 토대로, 액츄에이터 제어 변수에 대한 클러치 토크의 의존도를 기술하는 마찰 클러치(49) 특성곡선(111)을 적응시키는 단계; 및- 액츄에이터(51)를 이용하여 상기 특성곡선(111)에 따라 클러치 유닛(47)을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가중 계수는 적어도 회전수 차 및/또는 클러치 토크를 토대로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마모도의 산출을 위해 클러치 토크 및/또는 회전수 차를 토대로 가중 계수가 선택되고, 손실 출력과 가중 계수의 곱에 대해 시간 적분치가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가중 계수는 비휘발성 메모리 내에 저장된 룩업 테이블로부터 호출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 토크는 요구 토크로부터, 또는 마찰 클러치(49)로부터 전달된 계산된 토크로부터, 또는 마찰 클러치(49)로부터 전달된 측정된 토크로부터 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산출된 클러치 유닛(47) 마모도는, 차량 구동이 다시 개시되면 클러치 유닛(47) 마모도를 계속 산출하기 위한 시작값으로 사용되도록, 차량 정차 시 비휘발성 메모리 내에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성곡선(111)의 적응을 위해 특성곡선(111)의 기울기 및/또는 오프셋이 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 파워 트레인용 클러치 유닛의 제어 방법.
- 클러치 유닛(47) 및 제어 장치(109)를 구비한 토크 전달 장치(15)로서,상기 클러치 유닛(47)은 상기 클러치 유닛(47)의 입력 요소(41)로부터 출력 요소(45)로의 제어 가능한 토크 전달을 위한 하나 이상의 마찰 클러치(49)와, 상기 마찰 클러치(49)를 구동하기 위한 액츄에이터(51)를 포함하며, 상기 제어 장치(109)는,- 클러치 유닛(47)의 입력 요소(41)와 출력 요소(45) 사이의 회전수 차에 클러치 토크를 곱하여 마찰 클러치(49)의 손실 출력을 산출하고;- 마찰 클러치(49)의 순간 부하 상태를 나타내는 적어도 하나의 가중 계수를 이용하여 마찰 클러치(49)의 손실 출력을 가중함으로써 클러치 유닛(47)의 마모도를 산출하고; - 이 경우 클러치 유닛(47)의 구동 중에 마찰 클러치(49)의 손실 출력에 대해 적어도 하나의 시간 적분치가 생성됨 -- 상기 산출된 마모도를 토대로, 액츄에이터 제어 변수에 대한 클러치 토크의 의존도를 기술하는 마찰 클러치(49) 특성곡선(111)을 적응시키고;- 액츄에이터(51)를 이용하여 상기 특성곡선(111)에 따라 클러치 유닛(47)을 제어하도록 설계되는 토크 전달 장치.
