- 약학적 유효 성분의 전달을 위한 다상의, 속용 제형의 제조 방법으로서, 다음의 공정을 순서대로 포함하는 제조 방법.
(a) 비겔화 매트릭스 형성제를 포함하는 제제를 미리 제조된 몰드 안으로 투입하는 단계로서, 상기 비겔화 매트릭스 형성제는 25℃에서의 점도에 대한 5℃에서의 점도의 비율이 4 이하인 것이며;
(b) 겔화 매트릭스 형성제를 포함하는 제제를 미리 제조된 몰드 안으로 투입하는 단계로서, 상기 겔화 매트릭스 형성제는 25℃에서의 벌크 점도에 대한 5℃에서의 벌크 점도의 비율이 5 이상인 것이며; 및
(c) 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 투입된 제제를 동결 건조하여 다상의 속용 제형을 형성하는 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 제제는 비겔화 매트릭스 형성제, 만니톨 및 물을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비겔화 매트릭스 형성제는 비겔화 젤라틴, 변성 전분 및 그들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 비겔화 젤라틴은 풀루란인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비겔화 매트릭스 형성제는 단계 (a)의 제제의 중량에 대해 1% 내지 20%의 범위의 양으로 존재하는 것인 제조 방법.
