Claims (12)
- 무선 통신 시스템에서 하나 이상의 기지국을 포함하는 CoMP(Coordinate Multi-Point) 세트와 통신하는 단말이 적응적으로 CoMP 방식을 선택하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 단말은,CoMP 방식들 중 제 1 CoMP 방식으로 측정된 SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio)에 기초하여 적어도 하나의 CoMP 세트 중 상기 SINR이 최대인 제 1 CoMP 세트를 선택하는 단계;상기 제 1 CoMP 방식에 기초한 상기 단말의 데이터 전송률과 상기 단말에 요구되는 최소 데이터 전송률을 비교하는 단계; 및상기 비교 결과 및 상기 CoMP 방식들에 대하여 사전에 설정된 우선 순위에 기초하여 선택적으로 제 2 CoMP 방식으로 전환하는 단계를 포함하는, 단말의 적응적 CoMP 방식 선택 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선택적으로 제2 CoMP 방식으로 전환하는 단계는,상기 적어도 하나의 CoMP 세트 중 상기 제 2 CoMP 방식을 기초로 측정된 SINR이 최대인 제 2 CoMP 세트를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는, 단말의 적응적 CoMP 방식 선택 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 CoMP 방식은 협력 사일런싱(CS: Cooperate Silencing) 방식이고, 상기 제2 CoMP 방식은 조인트 프로세싱(JP: Joint Processing) 방식이고,상기 협력 사일런싱 방식은 상기 조인트 프로세싱 방식보다 상기 우선 순위가 높은, 단말의 적응적 CoMP 방식 선택 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 협력 사일런싱 방식에 따라서 사일런싱 되는 상기 제1 CoMP 세트 내의 기지국은,상기 단말에 임계치 이상의 간섭을 유발하는 기지국, 라운드 로빈(round robin) 방식에 의해 선택된 기지국, 쓰루풋이 최대인 기지국 또는, 과거에 사일런싱된 빈도에 기초하여 선택된 기지국인, 단말의 적응적 CoMP 방식 선택 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선택적으로 제2 CoMP 방식으로 전환된 이후,상기 제 2 CoMP 방식에 기초한 상기 단말의 데이터 전송률이 상기 단말에 요구되는 최소 데이터 전송률 미만이고, 상기 제 2 CoMP 방식의 상기 우선 순위가 최하이면, 상기 제 2 CoMP 방식의 동작을 중지하고 상기 단말의 링크를 드롭하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 단말의 적응적 CoMP 방식 선택 방법.
