Claims (13)
- 폴리비닐리덴디플루오라이드(Polyvinylidene Difluoride: PVDF)를 양용매(good solvent)에 용해시켜 방사 용액을 제조하는 단계;상기 방사 용액을 구금을 통해 토출하는 단계;토출된 상기 방사 용액을 비용매(non-solvent)를 포함하는 액체에 접촉시킴으로써 다공성 구조를 형성하는 단계;상기 다공성 구조를 50 내지 90 중량%의 글리세린 수용액에 3 내지 8 시간 동안 침지시킴으로써 상기 다공성 구조를 보습(wetting)하는 단계; 및상기 글리세린 수용액에 침지된 상태에서 90 내지 120 ℃에서 2 내지 7 시간 동안 상기 다공성 구조를 열 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 막의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양용매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 디메틸술폭시드, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸포름아미드, 메틸에틸케톤, 아세톤, 테트라히드로푸란, 테트라메틸요소, 및 트리메틸 인산 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비용매는 물, 헥산, 펜탄, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 메탄올, 에탄올, 사염화탄소, o-디클로로벤젠, 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 막의 제조방법.
