Claims (49)
- (Sr, M)2SiO4-xNy:Eu의 조성식으로 표현되는 무기화합물을 구비하며, 상기 M은 금속 원소이고, 0<x<4, y=2x/3이며,상기 M은 Mg, Ca, Ba, Li, Na, K, Rb 및 Cs로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,청색 또는 자외선 파장영역을 여기원으로 하여 600 ~ 700 nm의 파장대역의 발광피크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 x는 0.15≤x≤3 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색형광체는 Mn을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기화합물은 사방정계 결정의 무기화합물을 포함하며, 상기 사방정계 결정의 무기화합물은 전체 무기화합물 중 50 질량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체.
- (Sr, M)2SiO4-xNy:Eu의 조성식으로 표현되는 무기화합물을 구비하며, 상기 M은 금속 원소이고, 0<x<4, y=2x/3이며,상기 조성식에서 Si 중 일부는 B, Al, Ga, In, Ti, Zr, Sn 및 Pb으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소로 치환되며, 상기 M은 Mg, Ca, 및 Ba로 구성되는 제2족 원소 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 포함하거나, 상기 M은 Li, Na, K, Rb 및 Cs로 구성되는 제1족 원소 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색형광체.
- Sr-함유 화합물 및 M-함유 화합물 중 적어도 하나의 화합물, Eu-함유 화합물, Si-함유 산화물 및 Si-함유 질화물을 포함하는 원료물질들을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 소성하여 (Sr, M)2SiO4-xNy:Eu의 조성식으로 표현되는 무기화합물을 얻는 단계;를 포함하며, 여기서, 0<x<4 이며, y=2x/3이며, 상기 M은 Mg, Ca, Ba, Li, Na, K, Rb 및 Cs로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소인 적색형광체의 제조방법.
- 여기광을 방출하는 발광소자; 및상기 여기광을 흡수하여 가시광을 방출하는 파장변환부;를 포함하며,상기 파장변환부는 (Sr, M)2SiO4-xNy:Eu의 조성식으로 표현되는 무기화합물을 구비하는 적색형광체를 적어도 포함하고, 여기서, 0<x<4, y=2x/3이고, 상기 M은 Mg, Ca, Ba, Li, Na, K, Rb 및 Cs로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소인 발광소자 패키지.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 발광소자가 청색 발광다이오드이고, 녹색형광체 또는 황색형광체를 더 포함하며, 상기 발광소자 패키지의 최종 출력광은 백색광인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자 패키지.
