Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 삭제
- (ⅰ) 식물성 유지 10 ~ 30 중량%, 커피 오일 10 ~ 30 중량% 및 제1 유화제를 혼합하여 1차 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(ⅱ) 상기 1차 혼합 용액에 제2 유화제와 60 ~ 65℃의 저감미당 50 ~ 60 중량%를 혼합하여 2차 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(ⅲ) 상기 2차 혼합 용액에 우유 단백질, pH 조정제 및 안정제를 혼합하여 3차 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(ⅳ) 상기 3차 혼합액을 균질화하고, 입풍 온도 170 ~ 190℃, 배풍 온도 75 ~ 95℃로 분무 건조하여 커피 크리머를 제조하는 단계;
