도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 떡의 저장기간에 따른 총 페놀 함량의 변화를 보여주는 그래프.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 떡의 저장기간에 따른 DPPH 라디칼 소거능의 변화를 보여주는 그래프.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 떡의 저장기간에 따른 하이드록시 라디칼 소거능의 변화를 보여주는 그래프.
Claims (5)
- 캐슈분말을 포함하며, 떡의 제조 시 곡분이 호화될 수 있도록 곡분 100 중량부에 대하여 5~20 중량부를 곡분에 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 떡의 노화억제용 조성물.
