Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템의 제2실시예를 도시한 도면,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템 제어방법의 실시예를 도시한 순서도이다.
즉, 연소실에 연료를 공급하는 인젝터와 이 인젝터의 연료 공급량을 제어하는 ECU가 설치되어 상기 ECU가 후방산소센서(7)에 의해 출력되는 전압값을 감지하고, 그 감지된 전압값이 설정된 기준값(200mV) 이하 범위에 속하는 경우 상기 인젝터를 통한 연료 공급량이 λ=1 제어시의 연료량이 되도록 연료량을 감소시킴으로써 촉매퍼지를 강제 종료하게 되는 것이다. 물론 SCR에서 처리할 NOx량을 줄이고 삼원촉매 중 더 많은 부분이 퍼지될 수 있도록 600 mV 미만에서 촉매 퍼지를 종료할 수도 있다.

Claims (5)
- 엔진의 배기가스가 유입되도록 설치된 삼원촉매(1)와;
상기 삼원촉매(1)의 하류에 설치되어 NOX를 저감하는 SCR촉매(3)와;
상기 삼원촉매(1)의 하류에 설치되는 산화촉매(5)와;
상기 삼원촉매(1) 후방에 설치된 후방산소센서(7)와;
FUEL CUT 종료에 따른 촉매퍼지가 개시된 후, 상기 후방산소센서(7)의 신호를 받아 아직 희박연소 분위기로 판단되는 중에 상기 촉매퍼지를 종료하도록 제어하는 컨트롤러;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화촉매(5)는 상기 SCR촉매(3)의 상류에 설치되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화촉매(5)는 상기 SCR촉매(3)의 하류에 설치되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항의 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템을 제어하는 방법으로서,
FUEL CUT 이후 촉매퍼지가 개시되었는지를 판단하는 퍼지개시확인단계(S10)와;
삼원촉매(1) 후방의 후방산소센서(7) 출력값을 모니터링하여, 상기 촉매퍼지가 개시된 이후에 상기 출력값이 희박연소 상태임을 나타내고 있는지를 판단하는 모니터링단계(S20)와;
상기 모니터링단계(S20)에서 상기 후방산소센서(7) 출력값이 희박연소 상태임을 나타내고 있는 도중에 상기 촉매퍼지를 종료시키는 퍼지종료단계(S30);
를 포함하여 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템 제어방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 퍼지종료단계(S30)는 상기 후방산소센서(7) 출력값이 희박연소 상태를 벗어나려는 시점에 상기 촉매퍼지를 종료시키는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배기가스 정화 시스템 제어방법.
