Claims (3)
- C: 0.31질량% 이상 0.5질량% 이하,
Si: 0.02질량% 이상 0.2질량% 이하,
Mn: 0.1질량% 이상 0.6질량% 이하,
Ni: 2.6질량% 이상 3.4질량% 이하,
Cr: 0.8질량% 이상 1.9질량% 이하,
Mo: 0.25질량% 이상 0.8질량% 이하,
V: 0.05질량% 이상 0.2질량% 이하, 및
Al: 0.005질량% 이상 0.1질량% 이하를 포함하고, 잔부를 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 하며, 이 불가피적 불순물로서의 S의 함유량이 0.008질량% 이하인 조성을 가지며,
마르텐사이트 조직, 또는 마르텐사이트와 베이나이트의 혼합 조직으로 이루어지고,
구 오스테나이트 결정 입경이 19㎛ 이상 70㎛ 이하이며,
마르텐사이트의 최대 블록 직경이 15㎛ 이하, 최소 블록 직경이 0.5㎛ 이상인,
직경이 150mm 이상인 구상 또는 원주상 부분을 갖거나, 두께가 150mm 이상인 판상 부분을 갖는 대형 고강도 단강품(鍛鋼品). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
표면으로부터 중심부까지의 거리에 대한 깊이의 비를 x(0≤x≤1)로 했을 때의 마르텐사이트 조직 분율 fm(x)(%)이,
O≤x≤O.1인 때, fm(x)=1OO,
0.1<x≤0.15인 때, 104-40x≤fm(x)≤100,
0.15<x≤0.2인 때, 122-160x≤fm(x)≤100,
0.2<x≤0.3인 때, 230-700x≤fm(x)≤100,
0.3<x≤0.35인 때, 110-300x≤fm(x)≤112-40x,
0.35<x≤0.5인 때, (22-20x)/3≤fm(x)≤105-20x,
0.5<x≤0.8인 때, (32-40x)/3≤fm(x)≤95, 및
0.8<x≤1인 때, 0≤fm(x)≤95인, 대형 고강도 단강품. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 다른 원소로서 Ti, Ca 및 Mg 중 1종 이상을 불가피적 불순물과의 합계로 0.5질량% 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대형 고강도 단강품.
