Claims (6)
- 심성분이 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 초성분이 상기 심성분보다 0.2 이상 작은 고유점도(IV)의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 심초 복합 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트로서:
섬도가 3∼8dtex, 강도가 7.5cN/dtex 이상, 터프니스(강도×신도0.5)가 29 이상, 또한 실길이 섬도 변동이 1.5% 이하이고,
모노필라멘트 횡단면의 평균 섬유직경에 대해서 +20% 이상 굵은 직경부가 1개/10만m 이하이고,
상기 심성분의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트에 산화 티타늄을 0.5wt% 미만으로 포함하고, 상기 초성분의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트에 산화 티타늄을 0.3wt% 이상 0.5wt% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트. - 삭제
- 섬도 3∼8dtex의 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트의 제조방법으로서:
심성분과 초성분의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 각각 개별적으로 용융하고, 스핀 블록에 장착된 스핀 팩을 통해서 복합 방사구금으로부터 방출된 사조를 구금면 직하에 스핀 블록과 연속하여 설치된 가열통을 통과시킨 후 냉각 고화하여 방사 유제를 부여하고,
가열통 내벽과 토출구멍까지의 거리를 15mm 이상으로 하고,
인수 롤에 의해 인수된 미연신사를 일단 권취하지 않고 연신한 후 권취함에 있어서, 상기 가열통의 내벽 온도 T는 270∼325℃, 상기 구금면으로부터 상기 가열통 하단까지의 거리 L1 및 상기 가열통의 길이 L2는 이하의 식을 만족하고, 상기 인수 롤의 속도는 300∼800m/분인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트의 제조방법.

총 연신배율은 4.5∼7.0배이며, 1단째의 연신배율은 총 연신배율의 50∼80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트의 제조방법. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 심성분 또는 초성분의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 용융시킴에 있어서 익스트루더형 압출기를 사용하고, 또한 익스트루더 스크류 선단과 배관 벽면까지의 거리 d1과 익스트루더 스크류 최종 홈깊이 d2의 비 d2/d1은 0.5∼1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 기재된 폴리에스테르 모노필라멘트를 경사 또는 위사의 50중량% 이상에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린사의 제조방법.
