Claims (4)
- 제1 및 제2 주면을 갖는 광전 변환부와,상기 제1 주면 상에 배치되며, 제1 핑거 전극 및 제1 버스바 전극을 포함하는, 도전성 페이스트로 이루어진 제1 전극과,상기 제2 주면 상에 배치되며, 제2 핑거 전극과 제2 버스바 전극을 가지며 상기 제1 전극과 반대 극성을 갖는, 도전성 페이스트로 이루어진 제2 전극을 각각 갖는 2개의 태양 전지와,상기 2개의 태양 전지 중 한쪽 태양 전지의 상기 제1 버스바 전극과 다른쪽 태양 전지의 상기 제2 버스바 전극을 전기적으로 접속하는 배선재와,상기 제1 버스바 전극과 상기 배선재 사이에 배치된, 복수의 도전성 입자를 포함하는 수지로 이루어진 접속층을 구비하고,상기 제1 버스바 전극과 배선재는 서로 중첩되어 상기 도전성 입자에 의해 전기적으로 접속되고,상기 접속층에 접하는 상기 제1 버스바 전극의 표면에 요철 형상이 형성되고,상기 도전성 입자는 상기 제1 버스바 전극 표면의 오목부보다 돌출되어 있고,상기 제1 버스바 전극의 표면의 오목부에 상기 복수의 도전성 입자가 있고, 상기 복수의 도전성 입자가 상기 배선재에 직접 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 버스바 전극 표면에 수직인 절단면에 나타나는 상기 제1 버스바 전극의 표면 길이 1 mm의 범위에 있어서, 상기 도전성 입자의 장경의 평균치로 규정되는 상기 도전성 입자의 평균 입경을, 십점 평균 높이로 규정되는 제1 버스바 전극의 표면 조도로 나누어 얻어지는 값이 0.2 이상 1.5 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 입자의 평균 입경을 상기 제1 버스바 전극의 표면 조도로 나누어 얻어지는 값이 0.5 이상 1.2 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속층에 접하는 상기 배선재의 표면에는, 상기 도전성 입자보다 부드러운 층이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
