- 光電変換部と、
前記光電変換部で生成された光生成キャリアを取り出すための正負1対の電極と、
を備え、
前記正負1対の電極のうち少なくとも一方の電極は、
前記光電変換部で生成した光生成キャリアを収集するための複数のフィンガー電極と、
前記複数のフィンガー電極の全てを電気的に接続するバスバー電極と、
前記複数のフィンガー電極のうち少なくとも2以上のフィンガー電極を相互に電気的に接続するための補助電極と、
のみからなり、
前記補助電極は、当該補助電極で相互に電気的に接続された補助電極接続フィンガー電極の前記バスバー電極から前記補助電極接続フィンガー電極の先端の方向に前記補助電極接続フィンガー電極の先端までの距離の半分の距離の範囲内のみに、前記バスバー電極から離間して設けられている、太陽電池セル。 - 前記補助電極は、前記バスバー電極と平行に設けられている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記フィンガー電極と同一材料から形成されている、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記複数のフィンガー電極の全てを電気的に接続する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記複数のフィンガー電極の少なくとも一部のフィンガー電極を電気的に接続する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記複数のフィンガー電極の50%以下のフィンガー電極を電気的に接続する、請求項5に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記複数のフィンガー電極の20%以下のフィンガー電極を電気的に接続する、請求項5に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 表面保護材と裏面保護材との間に、インターコネクタによって電気的に接続された複数の太陽電池セルが配設されてなる太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池セルは、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池セルである、太陽電池モジュール。
