- 폴리프로필렌계 수지로 형성되는 심층과, 상기 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지와는 상이한 폴리프로필렌계 수지로 형성되는 피복층으로 이루어지는 다층 수지 입자를 발포하여 이루어지고, 상기 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지로 이루어지는 단층 수지 입자를 발포하여 이루어지는 대응하는 단층 발포 입자의 성형 스팀 압력보다 낮은 스팀 압력으로 성형 가능한 다층 수지 발포 입자에 있어서,
상기 다층 수지 입자에 있어서의 피복층과 심층의 수지 중량 비율 (피복층 수지의 중량/심층 수지의 중량) 이 0.001 이상 0.040 이하이고, 발포 입자의 피복층부 두께의 평균값이 0.1 ㎛ 이상, 3.0 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 수지 입자에 있어서의 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 인장 탄성률이 1000 ㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 수지 입자에 있어서의 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 인장 탄성률이 1200 ㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 다층 수지 입자의 피복층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 융해 열량이 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 융해 열량보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 수지 입자의 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 인장 항복 강도가 적어도 31 ㎫ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 수지 입자의 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지가 프로필렌 단독 중합체, 및 프로필렌 성분 단위를 60 몰% 이상 함유하는 프로필렌과 다른 코모노머의 공중합체에서 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자의 열 유속 시차 주사 열량 측정에 의해 얻어지는 DSC 흡열 곡선은 폴리프로필렌계 수지에 고유의 흡열 곡선 피크와, 그 흡열 곡선 피크보다 고온측의 흡열 곡선 피크를 나타내고, 또한 그 고온측의 흡열 곡선 피크의 열량이 5 J/g 이상, 40 J/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자의 열 유속 시차 주사 열량 측정에 의해 얻어지는 DSC 흡열 곡선은 폴리프로필렌계 수지에 고유의 흡열 곡선 피크와, 그 흡열 곡선 피크보다 고온측의 흡열 곡선 피크를 나타내고, 고온측의 흡열 곡선 피크의 열량은 모든 흡열 곡선 피크의 열량의 합계에 대해 15 % 이상, 70 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 수지 입자의 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 및 피복층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 열 유속 시차 주사 열량 측정에 의해 얻어지는 DSC 곡선에 있어서, 심층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 융점 (Ti) 이상의 범위의 부분 열량 (Ec)(J/g) 와, 피복층을 형성하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 상기 융점 (Ti) 이상의 범위의 부분 열량 (Es)(J/g) 가 하기 식 (1) 과 (2) 를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
0 < Es ≤ 60 (1)
0 < Es/Ec ≤ 0.7 (2) - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 성형형에 충전하고 가열 성형하여 이루어지는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자 성형체.
