Claims (4)
- 전류 발광 소자와, 상기 전류 발광 소자에 전류를 흘리는 구동 트랜지스터를 갖는 화소 회로를 복수 배열한 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 화소 회로는,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 한쪽의 단자가 접속된 제1 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서의 다른 쪽의 단자와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스와의 사이에 접속된 제2 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서와 상기 제2 콘덴서와의 절점(節点)에 기준 전압을 인가하는 제1 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 화상 신호 전압을 공급하는 제2 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인에 초기화 전압을 공급하는 제3 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인에 상기 전류 발광 소자를 발광시키는 전류를 공급하는 제4 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 상기 기준 전압을 인가하는 제5 스위치
를 가지는 화상 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 전류 발광 소자와, 상기 전류 발광 소자에 전류를 흘리는 구동 트랜지스터를 갖는 화소 회로를 복수 배열한 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 화소 회로 각각은,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 한쪽의 단자가 접속된 제1 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서의 다른 쪽의 단자와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스와의 사이에 접속된 제2 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서와 상기 제2 콘덴서와의 절점(節点)에 기준 전압을 인가하는 제1 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 화상 신호 전압을 공급하는 제2 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 상기 기준 전압을 인가하는 제5 스위치
를 포함하며,
상기 화상 표시 장치는, 복수의 전류 발광 소자에 대하여 공통적으로 설치되고,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인에 초기화 전압을 공급하는 제3 스위치와, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인에 상기 전류 발광 소자를 발광시키는 전류를 공급하는 제4 스위치
를 더 포함하는 화상 표시 장치. - 전류 발광 소자와, 상기 전류 발광 소자에 전류를 흘리는 구동 트랜지스터를 갖는 화소 회로를 복수 배열한 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 화소 회로 각각은,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 한쪽의 단자가 접속된 제1 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서의 다른 쪽의 단자와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스와의 사이에 접속된 제2 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서와 상기 제2 콘덴서와의 절점(節点)에 기준 전압을 인가하는 제1 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 화상 신호 전압을 공급하는 제2 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 상기 기준 전압을 인가하는 제5 스위치
를 포함하며,
상기 화상 표시 장치는,
행 방향으로 배열된 전류 발광 소자를 포함하여 이루어지는 전류 발광 소자행의 각각에 대하여 공통적으로 설치되어, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인에 초기화 전압을 공급하는 제3 스위치와,
상기 전류 발광 소자행 중의 복수의 전류 발광 소자에 대하여 공통적으로 설치되어, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인에 상기 전류 발광 소자를 발광시키는 전류를 공급하는 제4 스위치
를 더 포함하는 화상 표시 장치.
