Claims (6)
- 전류 발광 소자와, 상기 전류 발광 소자에 전류를 흘리는 구동 트랜지스터를 갖는 화소 회로를 복수 배열한 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 화소 회로는,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 한쪽의 단자가 접속된 제1 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서의 다른 쪽의 단자와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스와의 사이에 접속된 제2 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서와 상기 제2 콘덴서와의 절점(節点)에 기준 전압을 인가하는 제1 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 화상 신호 전압을 공급하는 제2 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스에 초기화 전압을 공급하는 제3 스위치와,
상기 제1 콘덴서와 상기 제2 콘덴서와의 절점과, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트와의 사이를 단락하는 제4 스위치를 설치한 화상 표시 장치. - 삭제

상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스와 상기 전류 발광 소자와의 사이에 전류를 차단하는 제5 스위치를 설치한 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인과 상기 전류 발광 소자에 전류를 공급하는 전원과의 사이에 전류를 차단하는 제5 스위치를 설치한 화상 표시 장치. - 전류 발광 소자와, 상기 전류 발광 소자에 전류를 흘리는 구동 트랜지스터를 갖는 화소 회로를 복수 배열한 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 화소 회로는,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 한쪽의 단자가 접속된 제1 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서의 다른 쪽의 단자와 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스와의 사이에 접속된 제2 콘덴서와,
상기 제1 콘덴서와 상기 제2 콘덴서와의 절점(節点)에 기준 전압을 인가하는 제1 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 화상 신호 전압을 공급하는 제2 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스에 초기화 전압을 공급하는 제3 스위치와,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 상기 기준 전압을 인가하는 제4 스위치를 설치한 화상 표시 장치.
