Claims (10)
- 폐가스를 처리하는 에너지 저감형 DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge) 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치에 있어서:
상기 폐가스를 연소 처리하는 연소부;
상기 연소부로부터 연소처리 된 가스를 전달받아 습식 처리하는 습식 처리부;
상기 습식 처리부를 통과한 가스에 포함된 질소산화물을 처리하기 위한 플라즈마 가스를 투입하도록 배치되는 플라즈마 산화부;를 포함하는,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
하우징;을 더 포함하고,
상기 연소부, 습식 처리부 및 상기 플라즈마 산화부는 상기 하우징 내에 배치되는 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 가스에 의해 처리된 상기 질소산화물을 상기 하우징 외부로 배출시키는 메인 배출관;을 더 포함하고,
상기 플라즈마 산화부는 상기 하우징 내에서 상기 메인 배출관에 연결된 연결통로와 연결되어 장착되는 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 가스는 상기 플라즈마 산화부의 플라즈마 방전을 통해 생성되는 O3 가스인 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 질소산화물은 상기 플라즈마 산화부에서 생성된 O3와 산화 반응하여 NO2로 변환되는 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 변환된 NO2는 후속 처리 공정인 습식 처리 공정에서 환원반응을 통해 처리되는 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 산화부는,
봉 형상의 내부전극;
상기 내부전극을 둘러싼 유전체; 및
상기 유전체 외부에 코일 형태로 삽입 장착된 외부전극;을 포함하고,
상기 내부전극과 외부전극에는 플라즈마를 발생시키기 위한 교류 전원이 인가되는 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 외부전극 표면은 용사로 코팅된 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 유전체 외면과 상기 외부전극 외면은 동일 높이로 형성된 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 산화부는 유전체 장벽 방전(Dielectric Barrier Discharge, DBD)플라즈마를 이용하여 플라즈마를 발생시키는 것인,
에너지 저감형 DBD 플라즈마 질소산화물 저감장치.
