Abstract
(조건 1) 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포 (롤품. 길이 방향으로 1800 ㎜ 로 재단한 것) 의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄하여 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것.
(조건 2) 210 ㎜ × 297 ㎜ 의 크기로 재단한 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄한 것을 샘플로 하고, 추출한 샘플 중 95 % 이상의 샘플에 있어서 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것.
Description
도 2 는, 반투막 지지체의 저밀도 결점의 전자 현미경 사진 (35 배) 이다.
도 3 은, RI-3 형 테스터를 사용하여 반투막 지지체에 전체면 베타 인쇄하여 저밀도 결점에 의한 반점이 생긴 것을 나타내는 사진이며, (a) 는 사진 (일부 자필의 원형 마크 표시), (b) 는 (a) 의 사진에서 관찰되는 반점을 원 프레임으로 둘러싸서 명료화한 사진이다.
Claims (10)
- 주체 섬유로서 합성 섬유를 함유하고, 열압 가공 처리된 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포로서, 면풍속 5.3 ㎝/초에서의 압력 손실이 50 ㎩ 이상 3000 ㎩ 이하이고, 시트 밀도가 0.5 g/㎤ 이상이 되어 이루어지고, 또한, 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포에 반투막액을 도공하기 전에 조건 1 또는 조건 2 의 평가 기준을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포.
(조건 1) 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포 (롤품. 길이 방향으로 1800 ㎜ 로 재단한 것) 의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄하여 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것.
(조건 2) 210 ㎜ × 297 ㎜ 의 크기로 재단한 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄한 것을 샘플로 하고, 추출한 샘플 중 95 % 이상의 샘플에 있어서 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
바인더 섬유를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
열압 가공 처리가 2 회 이상 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
1 회째의 열압 가공 온도보다 2 회째 이후의 열압 가공 온도가 10 ℃ 이상 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포. - 주체 섬유로서 합성 섬유를 포함하는 섬유 슬러리를 습식 초지법에 의해 초지하여 건조시킨 후, 건조시킨 시트를 열 캘린더 장치로 2 회 이상 열압 가공 처리하고, 또한, 그 열압 가공 처리 중 적어도 1 회는 금속 롤/금속 롤의 하드 닙 열 캘린더 장치로 처리하여, 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포를 얻고, 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포에 반투막액을 도공하기 전에, 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포는 조건 1 또는 조건 2 의 평가 기준을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 제조 방법.
(조건 1) 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포 (롤품. 길이 방향으로 1800 ㎜ 로 재단한 것) 의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄하여 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것.
(조건 2) 210 ㎜ × 297 ㎜ 의 크기로 재단한 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄한 것을 샘플로 하고, 추출한 샘플 중 95 % 이상의 샘플에 있어서 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
1 회째의 열압 가공 온도보다 2 회째 이후의 열압 가공 온도를 10 ℃ 이상 높게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
금속 롤/금속 롤의 하드 닙 열 캘린더 장치로 상기 열압 가공 처리를 2 회 이상 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 제조 방법. - 주체 섬유로서 합성 섬유를 함유하고, 열압 가공 처리된 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 저밀도 결점의 확인 방법으로서,
반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포에 반투막액을 도공하기 전에 조건 1 또는 조건 2 의 평가 기준을 만족할 때에는, 저밀도 결점이 없음으로 판정하고, 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포에 반투막액을 도공하기 전에 조건 1 또는 조건 2 의 평가 기준을 만족하지 않을 때에는, 저밀도 결점이 있음으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 저밀도 결점의 확인 방법.
(조건 1) 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포 (롤품. 길이 방향으로 1800 ㎜ 로 재단한 것) 의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄하여 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것.
(조건 2) 210 ㎜ × 297 ㎜ 의 크기로 재단한 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 편면에 인쇄 잉크를 전체면 베타 인쇄한 것을 샘플로 하고, 추출한 샘플 중 95 % 이상의 샘플에 있어서 반점이 관찰되지 않을 것. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
2 회 이상 실시되는 열압 가공 처리는, (i) 동일한 열압 가공 장치를 반복하여 사용하거나, (ⅱ) 복수 대의 열압 가공 장치를 배치하여 연속적으로 처리하거나, 또는, (ⅲ) 4 단 이상의 다단의 열압 가공 장치를 사용하거나 중 적어도 어느 하나를 채용하는 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
2 회 이상 실시되는 열압 가공 처리는, (i) 동일한 열압 가공 장치를 반복하여 사용하거나, (ⅱ) 복수 대의 열압 가공 장치를 배치하여 연속적으로 처리하거나, 또는, (ⅲ) 4 단 이상의 다단의 열압 가공 장치를 사용하거나 중 적어도 어느 하나를 채용하는 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투막 지지체용 습식 부직포의 제조 방법.
