Claims (17)
- 산소 가스를 포함하는 가스의 존재 하에 연료를 연소시키는 보일러(2)에서 발생되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스를 세정하는 방법으로서,
A) 상기 보일러(2)로부터 가스 세정 시스템(6; 106; 206)으로 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스를 전달하는 단계,
B) 상기 가스 세정 시스템(6; 106; 206)에서 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부를 제거하는 단계,
C) 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 적어도 일부를 가압하는 단계, 그리고
D) 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분의 적어도 일부를 내부에서 유틸리티 가스로서 사용하기 위해 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치(8; 108; 110; 111; 210; 211)에 전달하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 C) 단계는 상기 가스 세정 시스템(6; 106; 206)에서 세정된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스로부터 폐기를 위한 가압된 이산화탄소 가스를 준비하도록 동작하는 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛(40)에서 수행되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛(40)은 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 압력을 20 내지 50 bar 절대 압력으로 증가시키도록 동작하는 저압 압축 유닛(70)을 포함하고, 상기 D) 단계는 상기 저압 압축 유닛(70)의 적어도 일부를 통과한 가스를 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치(8; 108; 110; 111; 210; 211)에 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 D) 단계는 상기 저압 압축 유닛(70)의 하류에 위치된 중간 탈수 유닛(71)을 통과한 가스를 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치(8; 108; 110; 111; 210; 211)에 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분은 직물 필터(8; 111; 211) 형태의 가스 세정 장치의 펄스 세정을 위해 사용되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분은 정전 침전기(108) 형태의 가스 세정 장치의 격리기(180)를 위한 덮개(188)를 플러싱(flushing)하기 위해 사용되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분은 스프레이 건조 흡수기(110) 형태의 가스 세정 장치의 흡수 액체를 분무화하기 위해 사용되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분은 흡수제와 혼합된 미립자 재료를 연도 가스와 접촉시키는 접촉 반응기(212)에 상기 흡수제와 혼합된 상기 미립자 재료를 공급하는 혼합 장치(210) 형태의 가스 세정 장치의 미립자 재료의 유동화를 위해 사용되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 장치(210)로 전달된, 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분의 적어도 일부는 상기 혼합 장치(210)에 의해 상기 접촉 반응기(212)에 공급되는 미립자 재료를 제거하는 필터(211)의 하류에서 수집되고, 상기 가스는 임의의 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛을 통과하기 이전에 수집, 가압 및 상기 혼합 장치(210)로 전달되는 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스 세정 방법.
- 산소 가스를 포함하는 가스의 존재 하에 연료를 연소시키기 위한 보일러(2)와, 상기 보일러(2) 내에서 생성된 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부를 제거하도록 동작하는 가스 세정 시스템(6; 106; 206)을 포함하는 보일러 시스템으로서,
상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 적어도 일부를 가압하도록 동작하는 압축 장치(75, 90; 245),
상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분의 적어도 일부를 내부에서 유틸리티 가스로 사용되도록 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치(8; 108; 110; 111; 210; 211)에 전달하도록 동작하는 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(42; 142; 143; 145; 242; 243; 244), 및
상기 가스 세정 시스템(6; 106; 206)에서 세정된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스로부터 폐기를 위한 가압된 이산화탄소 가스를 준비하도록 동작하는 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛(40)을 포함하고,
상기 압축 장치(75, 90)는 상기 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛(40)에 포함되고, 상기 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(42; 142; 143; 145; 242; 243)는 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 상기 가압된 부분의 적어도 일부를 상기 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛(40)으로부터 상기 가스 세정 장치(6; 106; 206)로 전달하도록 동작하는 보일러 시스템. - 삭제
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 압축 및 정화 유닛(40)은 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 압력을 20 내지 50 bar 절대 압력으로 증가시키도록 동작하는 저압 압축 유닛(70)을 포함하고, 상기 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(42; 142; 143; 145; 243)는 상기 저압 압축 유닛(70)의 적어도 일부를 통과한 가스를 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치(8; 108; 110; 111; 210; 211)에 전달하도록 동작하는 보일러 시스템.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치(8; 108; 110; 111; 210; 211)는 상기 가스 세정 시스템(6; 106; 206)의 일부를 형성하는 보일러 시스템.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치는 직물 필터(8; 111; 211)를 포함하고, 상기 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(45; 145; 242)는 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분을 상기 직물 필터(8; 111; 211)의 펄스 세정 시스템(56, 58, 60)에 전달하도록 동작하는 보일러 시스템.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치는 정전 침전기(108)를 포함하고, 상기 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(142)는 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분을 상기 정전 침전기(108)의 격리기 플러싱 시스템(188; 192)에 전달하도록 동작하는 보일러 시스템.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치는 스프레이 건조기 흡수기(110)를 포함하고, 상기 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(143)는 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분을 상기 스프레이 건조기 흡수기(110)의 슬러리 분무화 장치(150)로 전달하도록 동작하는 보일러 시스템.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 가스 세정 장치는 흡수제와 혼합된 미립자 재료를 접촉 반응기(212)에 공급하는 혼합 장치(210)를 포함하고, 상기 접촉 반응기는 흡수제와 혼합된 상기 미립자 재료를 연도 가스와 접촉시키도록 동작하고, 상기 이산화탄소 공급 덕트(243; 244)는 상기 오염물 함량의 적어도 일부가 제거된 상기 이산화탄소 농후 연도 가스의 가압된 부분을 상기 혼합 장치(210) 내의 상기 미립자 재료를 유동화하기 위해 상기 혼합 장치(210)에 전달하도록 동작하는 보일러 시스템.
