Description
前記湿式脱硫装置と前記圧縮機との間に、
前記湿式脱硫装置から排出される排ガスを下部に設けた導入口から導入し、上端部に設けた導出口から排出するようにした容器本体と、
該容器本体の内部には、
前記導入口よりも上部位置でアルカリ溶液を噴射して排ガスを浄化する噴射ノズルを有する補助脱硫部と、
アルカリ溶液で浄化した排ガスに含まれる粒子を分離するよう前記噴射ノズルよりも上部の取付面で前記容器本体に固定したバグフィルタと、
該バグフィルタの上部に配置され、前記圧縮機で圧縮したCO 2 圧縮気体を噴射することにより前記バグフィルタを逆洗する逆洗ノズルと、
前記噴射ノズルと前記バグフィルタとの間に配置して、前記バグフィルタに向かうミストを分離するミストエリミネータが備えてあり、
前記容器本体からのドレンを受けるドレン受タンクと、
該ドレン受タンクのドレンを少なくともアルカリ溶液の一部として前記噴射ノズルに供給する供給ポンプと、
を備えた排ガス浄化装置が配置され、
前記アフタークーラから取り出されるドレンのpHを調整することにより得たアルカリ溶液を前記ドレン受タンクに供給するアルカリ溶液添加装置を備えた
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 酸素燃焼装置に備えられて排ガス処理を行う湿式脱硫装置の下流に、圧縮機と、該圧縮機により圧縮した排ガスを冷却して凝縮したドレンを取り出すアフタークーラとを少なくとも備えてCO2を液化するCO2回収装置を構成するCO2回収システムであって、
前記湿式脱硫装置と前記圧縮機との間に、
前記湿式脱硫装置から排出される排ガスを下部に設けた導入口から導入し、上端部に設けた導出口から排出するようにした容器本体と、
該容器本体の内部には、
前記導入口よりも上部位置でアルカリ溶液を噴射して排ガスを浄化する噴射ノズルを有する補助脱硫部と、
アルカリ溶液で浄化した排ガスに含まれる粒子を分離するよう前記噴射ノズルよりも上部の取付面で前記容器本体に固定したバグフィルタと、
該バグフィルタの上部に配置され、前記圧縮機で圧縮したCO 2 圧縮気体を噴射することにより前記バグフィルタを逆洗する逆洗ノズルと、
前記噴射ノズルと前記バグフィルタとの間に配置して、前記バグフィルタに向かうミストを分離するミストエリミネータが備えてあり、
前記容器本体からのドレンを受けるドレン受タンクと、
該ドレン受タンクのドレンを少なくともアルカリ溶液の一部として前記噴射ノズルに供給する供給ポンプと、
を備えた排ガス浄化装置が配置され、
前記アフタークーラから取り出されるドレンのpHを調整することにより得たアルカリ溶液を前記ドレン受タンクに供給するアルカリ溶液添加装置を備えた
ことを特徴とするCO2回収システム。
