Claims (8)
- 연속 탄화 장치로, 550℃ 이상 800℃ 이하의 적어도 일부의 온도에서, 탄소질 필름의 원료인 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름을 반송(搬送)하면서, 당해 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름의 두께 방향으로 압력을 가하고,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름은, 상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름의 두께 방향으로의 가압에 의한 마찰에 의해 발생하는 힘이 가해진 상태에서 반송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름의 두께 방향으로 가하는 압력이, 0.1g/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름에는,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름을 반송하는 힘과,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름을 반송하는 힘과는 반대 방향으로 향하는 힘으로서, 상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름에 대해 텐션을 부여하는 힘과,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름을 반송하는 힘과는 반대 방향으로 향하는 힘으로서, 상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름의 두께 방향으로의 가압에 의한 마찰에 의해 발생하는 힘
이 가해지고 있으며,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름을 반송하는 힘은, 상기 텐션을 부여하는 힘과 상기 마찰에 의해 발생하는 힘의 합계보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 텐션을 부여하는 힘은, 0kgf/㎠ 이상 400kgf/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 마찰에 의해 발생하는 힘은, 0kgf/㎠ 이상 420kgf/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 텐션을 부여하는 힘과 상기 마찰에 의해 발생하는 힘의 합계가, 0.9kgf/㎠ 이상 420kgf/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 필름 및/또는 원료 탄소질 필름의 두께 방향으로 가하는 압력이, 중량물의 하중에 의한 가압인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제작된 탄소질 필름을 2400℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라파이트 필름의 제조 방법.
