Claims (11)
- 통로와, 이 통로에 연결되는 가스 유입구(2) 및 가스 유출구(3)를 지닌 본체(1)와,
상기 통로에 있는 셔터 수단(5, 6, 7, 8), 그리고
디바이스의 본체(1)와 함께, 셔터 수단(5, 6, 7, 8)의 하류에 저압 챔버(11)를 형성하고, 상기 저압 챔버(11) 내의 압력에 따라 셔터 수단(5, 6, 7, 8)을 작동시키는 가동 수단(9, 12)
을 포함하는 가스 조정 디바이스에 있어서,
상기 셔터 수단(5, 6, 7, 8)에는 제1 셔터(5, 6)와 통로에서 제1 셔터의 하류에 배치되는 제2 셔터(7, 8)가 마련되고, 상기 제1 셔터(5, 6)와 제2 셔터(7, 8)는, 개방이 일어날 때 제2 셔터(7, 8)가 제1 셔터를 압박하고, 제1 셔터(5, 6)가 제2 셔터(7, 8)보다 먼저 차단되도록 하기 위해 제1 셔터와 제2 셔터가 차단될 때 이들 셔터 사이의 기계적인 결합부에 약간의 유극이 존재하도록 기계식 단부 정지부에 의해 기계적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 셔터와 제2 셔터에는 디바이스의 본체(1)에 고정된 제1 셔터 및 제2 셔터 각각의 시트(6, 8)와 협동하는 셔터 가동 요소(5, 7)가 각각 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 셔터(5, 6)는 통로를 차단하기 위해 코일(4)이 정상 가스 흐름 방향으로 제1 셔터를 그 시트(6)를 향해 압박하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 셔터(7, 8)는 셔터 가동 요소(7)가 정상 가스 흐름 방향으로 시트(8)에 지지될 때 가스 통로를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 셔터(7, 8)는 가동 수단(9)에 견인식으로 커플링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 셔터(7, 8)의 가동 요소(7)는 디바이스의 본체(1)에 지지되어 있는 코일에 의해 시트(8)를 향해 압박되고, 기계식 단부 정지부에 의해 가동 수단(9, 12)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 셔터(5, 6)의 가동 요소(5)에는, 제1 셔터의 시트(6)와 협동하는 원추부와, 이 원추부 아래에서 시트(6)를 가로질러 연장되는 긴 부분이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 셔터(7, 8)의 가동 요소(7)에는, 제2 셔터의 시트(8)와 협동하는 원추부와, 이 원추부 아래에서 시트(8)를 가로질러 연장되는 긴 부분이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 셔터(5, 6)에 있는 가동 요소(5)의 긴 부분은 제2 셔터(7, 8)에 있는 가동 요소(7)의 원추부와 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가동 수단(9, 12)으로 인한 제2 셔터의 개방 이동을 제1 셔터(5, 6)의 가동 요소(5)에 전달하기 위해, 상기 제2 셔터(7, 8)에 있는 가동 요소(7)의 원추부에는, 제1 셔터(5, 6)에 있는 가동 요소(5)의 긴 부분을 수용하는 공동이 단부 정지부로서 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 셔터(5, 6)에 있는 가동 요소(5)의 긴 부분은 제1 셔터와 제2 셔터가 차단될 때 이 긴 부분을 수용하는 제2 셔터의 공동의 단부 정지부로부터 떨어져 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 조정 디바이스.
