도 5는 과부하 작동시에 파일럿 압력통로가 닫힌 경우를 설명하기 위한 단면도.
도 6은 압력 설정치가 변화할 경우 파일럿 압력통로가 열린 경우를 설명하기 위한 단면도.
Claims (2)
- 유압펌프로부터 작동유가 유입되는 유입구와, 유압탱크와 연통되는 탱크유로가 형성되는 슬리브;
슬리브 내부에 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 결합되고, 유입구와 탱크유로사이의 유로를 개폐하는 포펫;
상기 포펫을 가압하여 유입구와 탱크유로사이의 유로를 닫힌상태로 탄성지지하는 포펫 스프링;
상기 슬리브 내의 압력실에 설정압력이 형성되도록 포펫과 대향되게 설치되는 밸브시트;
상기 압력실 내에 설정압력을 초과하는 고압 발생시 밸브시트의 유로를 개방시켜 압력실 내의 작동유를 유압탱크로 드레인시키는 파일럿 포펫;
상기 파일럿 포펫을 가압하여 밸브시트의 유로를 닫힌상태로 탄성지지하는 파일럿 포펫스프링;
상기 슬리브에 결합되고 외부로부터 파일럿 신호압이 공급되는 파일럿 신호압에 따라 상기 압력실 내의 설정압력을 가변 조정하는 메인 피스톤;
상기 메인 피스톤 내부의 압유가 원활하게 드레인 될 수 있도록, 상기 메인 피스톤 내부유로에 인접하는 접촉부에 댐핑을 방지하고, 스틱현상을 없애기 위한 유로를 구비한 스토퍼;
가이드에 결합되고, 상기 메인 피스톤을 지지하는 스프링의 설정압력을 조정하는 조정플러그; 및
메인플러그의 외측면에 회전가능하게 결합되도록 연결구로 구성되는 플레이트를 포함하되,
상기 댐핑을 방지하고, 스틱현상을 없애기 위한 상기 스토퍼의 유로는, 단면 형상이 V자형 형태로서 길이방향으로 형성되는 요홈으로 구성되며, 원주 방향으로 90°또는 180°방향마다 요홈으로 형성되고,
그에 따라서 상기 메인 피스톤 내부에 형성되는 압유를 상기 메인 피스톤과 상기 스토퍼 사이의 틈새로 흐르게 하여 상기 조정플러그의 드레인으로 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력제어밸브. - 삭제
