Claims (4)
- 펌프의 압유가 공급되는 고압입구와 고압입구의 압유를 탱크로 귀환시키는 탱크유로가 형성되는 슬리브;상기 고압입구에 연통되는 배압실이 후방에 형성되며 메인포펫 스프링에 의해 탄성 지지되어 상기 고압입구와 탱크유로를 개폐하도록 상기 슬리브 내에 설치되는 메인포펫;상기 고압입구와 상기 배압실을 연통시키는 피스톤통로가 형성되며 상기 메인포펫 전단부에 형성되는 포펫통로에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되는 피스톤;상기 메인포펫 포펫통로 내측벽과 피스톤 외측벽에 의해 형성되어 상기 피스톤통로에 연통되는 환상통로;상기 메인포펫 후방에 설치되어 상기 메인포펫 스프링 후단부를 지지하며 상기 배압실과 연통되는 시트유로가 형성되는 시트부; 및파일럿 포펫 스프링에 의해 탄성 지지되며 상기 시트유로를 개폐 가능하도록 설치되어 상기 시트유로와 상기 탱크유로를 연통시키는 파일럿 포펫을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴리프 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤통로는 상기 피스톤을 대략 수직하게 관통하여 형성되어 상기 환상통로에 연통되는 수직통로와 상기 수직통로에서 상기 피스톤 중심에 길이 방향으로 형성되어 상기 배압실에 연통되는 중심통로를 포함하고, 상기 환상통로의 너비는 상기 수직통로의 지름보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴리프 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤통로는 상기 피스톤의 외측에 길이 방향으로 형성되는 요홈부로 이루어지고, 상기 요홈부의 전단은 상기 환상통로에 연통되고 후단은 상기 배압실에 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴리프 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤은 그 선단부가 상기 메인포펫 전방으로 소정길이 돌출되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 릴리프 밸브.
