Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물로서, 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물의 총량의 100 질량%에 대해서, 50 내지 90 질량%의 (A) 지방족 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물을 1가 알코올과 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머, 또는 지방족 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물을 1가 알코올과 반응시키고 이어서 하이드록실 기-함유 (메트)아크릴레이트를 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머; 5 내지 45 질량%의 (B) 1개의 에틸렌으로 불포화된 기를 갖는 모노머; 0 질량% 초과 2 질량% 이하의 (C) 2개 이상의 에틸렌으로 불포화된 기를 갖는 모노머; 0.1 내지 10 질량%의 양의 (D) 중합 억제제; 및 0.01 내지 2 질량%의 양의 (E) 실란 커플링제를 포함하고,
상기 성분 (A)는
(A1) 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올로부터 유래되는 평균 1.0 초과의 구조적 단위 및 2개의 (메트)아크릴로일 기를 갖는 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트,
(A2) 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올로부터 유래되는 평균 1.0 초과의 구조적 단위 및 1개의 (메트)아크릴로일 기를 갖는 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및
(A3) 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올로부터 유래되는 평균 1.0 초과의 구조적 단위를 가지며 (메트)아크릴로일 기가 없는 우레탄 올리고머
로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 이상의 우레탄 올리고머를 포함하며,
상기 성분 (A)의 총량에 대해서, 성분 (A1)의 양은 30 내지 60 질량%이고, 성분 (A2)의 양은 30 내지 60 질량%이고, 성분 (A3)의 양은 1 내지 20 질량%이고,
상기 다이아이소사이아네이트는 2,4-톨릴렌 다이아이소사이아네이트 및 2,6-톨릴렌 다이아이소사이아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 우레탄 올리고머인, 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
성분 (A)가 1가 알코올을 지방족 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물과 반응시키고, 이어서 하이드록실 기-함유 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 실란 커플링제를 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머인, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
성분 (A)가 지방족 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올로부터 유래되는 평균 1.0 초과의 구조적 단위를 갖는, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
(A1)이 하기 화학식 1의 화합물이고, (A2)가 하기 화학식 2의 화합물이고, (A3)이 하기 화학식 3의 화합물인, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물:

A는 (메트)아크릴로일 기를 갖는 유기 기이고,

POL은 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에터 다이올로부터 유래되는 구조적 단위이고,
R1은 (메트)아크릴로일 기를 가지지 않는, 1가 알코올 또는 실란 커플링제로부터 유래되는 기이고,
R2는 (메트)아크릴로일 기를 가지지 않는, 1가 알코올로부터 유래되는 기이고,
n은 1.0 초과의 수이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
성분 (A)가 (A1), (A2) 및 (A3) 각각을 포함하는, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
성분 (A)가 지방족 폴리에스터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물을 1가 알코올과 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머, 또는 지방족 폴리에스터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물을 1가 알코올과 반응시키고 이어서 하이드록실 기-함유 (메트)아크릴레이트를 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머인, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
성분 (A)가 지방족 폴리에터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물을 1가 알코올을 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머, 또는 지방족 폴리에터 다이올과 다이아이소사이아네이트의 반응물을 1가 알코올과 반응시키고 이어서 하이드록실 기-함유 (메트)아크릴레이트를 반응시켜 얻은 우레탄 올리고머인, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제9항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 경화함으로써 얻어진 광섬유 1차 코팅층.
- 제11항에 있어서,
영률(Young's modulus)이 0.9 ㎫ 이하인, 광섬유 1차 코팅층. - 제11항에 따른 광섬유 1차 코팅층, 및 광섬유 2차 코팅층을 포함하는 광섬유 가닥.
- 제11항에 따른 광섬유 1차 코팅층의 바깥쪽과 접촉하는, 1000 ㎫ 이상의 영률을 갖는 광섬유 2차 코팅층을 포함하는 광섬유 가닥.
- 제1항에 있어서,
성분 (A)의 총량에 대해서, 성분 (A1)의 양이 40 내지 50 질량%이고, 성분 (A2)의 양이 40 내지 50 질량%이고, 성분 (A3)의 양이 1 내지 10 질량%인, 광섬유의 1차 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물.
