Claims (13)
- (a) 상온 상태에서 측정된 셀룰로오스 모노 필라멘트가 1g/d의 초기 강력에 처해졌을 때 2% 미만 신장하며, 100 내지 400g/d의 초기 모듈러스 값을 가지고,
(b) 3.0g/d의 강력에 처해졌을 때 4 내지 12% 신장하며,
(c) 최소 6.5g/d의 인장강도로부터 사가 절단될 때까지 신장하는, 힘-변위 프로필을 갖는 셀룰로오스 모노 필라멘트. - 제 1항의 셀룰로오스 모노 필라멘트의 집합체로 이루어진 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 모노 필라멘트가 50 개 내지 5000개의 집합체로 이루어진 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트는 초기 모듈러스 값이 100 내지 350g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트는 인장강도 값이 4.0 내지 9.0g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트는 절단신도 값이 8.0% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트. - 제 2항의 셀룰로오스 멀티 필라멘트를 연사기로 연사하여 생코드를 제조한 후 이를 제직하여 딥핑액에 침지하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 셀룰로오스 타이어 코드지.

(A) 이온성 액체에 셀룰로오스가 용해된 셀룰로오스 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(B) 상기 셀룰로오스 용액을 방사노즐을 통해 압출 방사한 후, 공기층을 통과하여 응고욕에 도달한 후 이를 응고시켜 멀티필라멘트를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 모노 필라멘트. - 제 10항에 있어서,

상기 (A) 단계에서 상기 셀룰로오스는 나무 펄프, 셀룰로오스, 헤미-셀룰로오스, 린터, 면 및 종이로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 모노 필라멘트.
