Claims (9)
- 적어도 2본의 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트로 이루어진 라이오셀 생코드를 디핑액에 침지하여 경화시켜 제조된 라이오셀 열처리 코드에 있어서,(a) 건조 상태에서 측정된 라이오셀 열처리코드가 1.0g/d의 초기 응력에 처해졌을 때 1% 이하 신장하며, 80 내지 200g/d의 초기 모듈러스 값을 가지고; (b) 1.0g/d에서 4.0g/d까지의 응력 구간에서 6% 이하 신장하며; (c) 4.0g/d의 인장 강도로부터 사가 절단될 때까지 1% 이상 신장하는 힘-변형 곡선을 가지는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 열처리코드의 중합도(DP) 저하율이 3.0% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 열처리코드는 1.48 내지 1.52 g/cm3의 밀도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트는 2본 또는 3본인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트는 0.80 이상의 결정배향도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 멀티필라멘트는 0.2 내지 0.6의 동마찰계수를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 열처리코드는 250 내지 500 TPM의 꼬임수를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 라이오셀 열처리코드는 강력이 16.0 내지 30.0 kgf인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이오셀 열처리코드.
- 제 1항의 라이오셀 열처리코드를 포함하는 타이어.
