Claims (7)
- 산 성분과 알코올 성분을 포함하고,
상기 산 성분은 (1) 방향족 디카르복실산(aromatic dicarboxylic acid) 및 (2) 불균화 로진(disproportionated rosin)을 포함하고, 상기 알코올 성분은 (3) 3가 이상의 다가 알코올을 포함하며,
상기 알코올 성분 (3) 대 상기 산 성분 (1)의 몰 비 (3)/(1)은 1.05~1.65이고, 상기 산 성분들 (2) 대 (1)의 몰 비 (2)/(1)은 0.80~2.20인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디카르복실산(dicarboxylic acid)은 테레프탈산(terephthalic acid) 및 이소프탈산(isophthalic acid)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 3가 이상의 다가 알코올은 트리메틸올에탄(trimethylolethane), 트리메틸올프로판(trimethylolpropane), 글리세린, 및 펜타에리쓰리톨(pentaerythritol)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 산 성분으로서 지방족 폴리카르복실산(aliphatic polycarboxylic acid)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 알코올 성분으로서 지방족 디올(aliphatic diol), 및 에테르화 디페놀(etherified diphenol)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 5~50 ㎎KOH/g의 산가(acid value), 105~150℃의 연화 온도, 및 45~80℃의 유리 전이 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1항의 토너용 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 정전하상 현상용 토너.
