Claims (18)
- 박편 모양 내열재가 배향하여 적층한 구조를 가지며, 복수의 상기 박편 모양 내열재의 간극(間隙)에 내열성 유동물질 및 소수성 양이온 물질을 포함하는 박막으로서,상기 내열성 유동물질이 반응성 관능기를 갖는 실리콘 오일이거나 또는 내열성 유동물질과의 가교 구조를 가지며 실온에서 고체 형상을 갖는 수지를 포함하는 것이고,상기 소수성 양이온 물질이 제4급 암모늄염, 제4급 포스포늄염, 피리디늄염 및 이미다졸륨염으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 박편 모양 내열재가 점토 광물인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 점토 광물이 운모, 버미큘라이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 철 몬모릴로나이트, 바이델라이트, 사포나이트, 헥토라이트, 스티븐사이트, 논트로나이트, 마가디아이트, 일러라이트, 카네마이트, 층상 티탄산 및 스멕타이트로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막.

- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 무기 박막이 산화 규소 혹은 산화 질화 규소를 스퍼터법 혹은 플라즈마 CVD법에 의해 제막한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 적층체.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,상기 유기 박막이 유기 폴리머를 도포하여 형성한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 적층체.
