Claims (8)
- 유압원과,이 유압원으로부터의 압유에 의해 구동하는 유압 액추에이터와,상기 유압원으로부터 상기 유압 액추에이터로의 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제어 밸브와,레버 조작에 따라서 상기 유압 액추에이터의 구동 지령인 전기적인 조작 신호를 출력하는 전기 레버 장치와,상기 조작 신호에 따라서 상기 제어 밸브를 제어하는 제어부와,상기 조작 신호가 정상 범위 내에 있는지 여부를 판정하는 판정부를 구비하고,상기 판정부는 상기 조작 신호가 정상 범위 내에 없다고 판정되었을 때, 조작 신호가 정상 범위보다도 소정량만큼 외측의 제한 범위 내에 있는지 여부를 판정하고,상기 제어부는 상기 판정부에 의해 조작 신호가 상기 제한 범위 내에 있다고 판정되면, 정상 범위 내에 있다고 판정되었을 때보다도 상기 유압 액추에이터로의 압유의 흐름을 제한한 후, 유압 액추에이터의 구동을 허가하고, 상기 제한 범위를 초과하였다고 판정되면, 상기 유압 액추에이터로의 압유의 흐름을 금지하는, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 판정부에 의해 조작 신호가 정상 범위 내에 없고 상기 제한 범위 내에 있다고 판정되면, 정상 범위 내에 있다고 판정되었을 때보다도, 레버 중립 상태로부터 레버 조작에 의해 상기 유압 액추에이터로 압유가 공급될 때까지의 불감대 영역을 크게 하는, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 판정부에 의해 조작 신호가 정상 범위 내에 없고 상기 제한 범위 내에 있다고 판정되면, 정상 범위 내에 있다고 판정되었을 때보다도 상기 제어 밸브의 피조작량을 작게 하는, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기 레버 장치에 상기 조작 신호를 출력하기 위한 전력을 공급하는 전력 공급부를 더 구비하고,상기 판정부는 상기 전력 공급부의 이상을 더불어 판정하는, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전력 공급부를 복수 구비하고,상기 제어부는 상기 판정부에 의해 적어도 하나의 상기 전력 공급부의 이상이 판정되면, 그 이상 판정된 전력 공급부로부터 전력이 공급되는 전기 레버 장치의 출력만 무효화하는, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기 레버 장치는 레버의 기단부에 설치된 저항체의 패턴 상을 미끄럼 이동하여 조작 신호를 출력하는 가변 저항식 전기 레버 장치인, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전기 레버 장치는 조작량에 따라서 서로 대칭인 조작 신호를 출력하는 제1 및 제2 출력부를 갖고,상기 제어부는 상기 제1 출력부로부터 출력된 조작 신호에 따라서 상기 제어 밸브를 제어하고,상기 판정부는 상기 제1 및 제2 출력부로부터 출력된 조작 신호의 평균에 기초하여, 상기 조작 신호가 정상 범위 내에 있는지 여부를 판정하는, 유압 작업 기계의 안전 장치.
