Claims (9)
- 냉각수로 라인에 설치되어 냉각수를 순환시키고, 회전속도의 가변이 가능한 전동식 워터 펌프;
상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 출구 측에 설치되어 워터 펌프를 통과한 냉각수의 압력을 체크하는 센서 유닛; 및
압력 변화량에 대한 기준치가 구비되고, 상기 센서 유닛으로부터 검출된 압력 변화량이 기준치 이상일 경우 상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 회전속도가 감속되도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 센서 유닛은 압력 센서이고, 전동식 워터 펌프를 통과한 냉각수 압력의 변화량의 오실레이션 파형을 검출하며
상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 전단 냉각수로는 외측으로 돌출되어 내부공간을 이룸으로써 전동식 워터 펌프의 전방 측 냉각수로의 직경이 전동식 워터 펌프의 후방 측 냉각수로의 직경보다 크게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전동식 워터 펌프는 삼상 AC 모터로 구성되고, 상기 제어부가 펌프 주파수를 제어함에 따라 전동식 워터 펌프의 회전속도가 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템. - 삭제

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 전단 냉각수로에는 냉각수를 수용할 수 있는 내부 공간이 구비되고, 내부공간과 냉각수로가 서로 연통되도록 구성된 버퍼탱크가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템. - 연료전지 스택과 연료전지용 라디에이터의 냉각수를 펌핑하여 연료전지 스택에 냉각수를 순환시키는 전동식 워터 펌프와 상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 후단에 설치되어 워터 펌프를 통과한 냉각수의 압력을 체크하는 센서 유닛으로 구성된 연료전지용 냉각 라인;
차량용 라디에이터터의 냉각수를 펌핑하여 연료전지 스택에 냉각수를 순환시키는 전동식 워터 펌프와 상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 후단에 설치되어 워터 펌프를 통과한 냉각수의 압력을 체크하는 센서 유닛으로 구성된 차량용 냉각 라인; 및
상기 연료전지용 냉각 라인 또는 차량용 냉각 라인의 압력 변화량이 기준치 이상일 경우 해당 라인의 전동식 워터 펌프의 구동량이 저하되도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 센서 유닛은 압력 센서이고, 전동식 워터 펌프를 통과한 냉각수 압력의 변화량의 오실레이션 파형을 검출하며
상기 전동식 워터 펌프의 전단 냉각수로는 외측으로 돌출되어 내부공간을 이룸으로써 전동식 워터 펌프의 전방 측 냉각수로의 직경이 전동식 워터 펌프의 후방 측 냉각수로의 직경보다 크게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 대형버스용 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 연료전지용 냉각 라인과 차량용 냉각라인은 서로 연결되지 않도록 각각 분할되어 각 냉각 라인 간 냉각수의 유동이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형버스용 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 연료전지용 냉각 라인은 전동식 워터 펌프의 전방 측의 냉각수로에서 외측으로 돌출되어 공간을 이룸으로써 전동식 워터 펌프의 전방 측 냉각수로의 직경이 전동식 워터 펌프의 후방 측 냉각수로의 직경보다 크게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 대형버스용 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 연료전지용 냉각라인의 전동식 워터 펌프의 전단 냉각수로에는 냉각수를 수용할 수 있는 내부 공간이 구비되고 내부공간과 냉각수로가 서로 연통되도록 구성된 버퍼탱크가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 대형버스용 냉각 펌프 구동 시스템.
