도 3은 5원환 환상 카보네이트 화합물의 GPC 용출(溶出) 곡선(이동상(移動相) : THF, 컬럼 : TSK-GelGMHXL+G2000HXL+G3000HXL, 검출기 : IR).
Claims (24)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 5원환 환상 카보네이트 화합물이, 에폭시 화합물과 이산화탄소를 반응시켜 얻어진 것인 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 원료 유래의 이산화탄소를 1∼25질량%을 함유해서 이루어지는 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 분자중에 차지하는 폴리실록산 세그먼트의 함유량이, 1∼75질량%인 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지와, 다른 수지를 혼합해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지 함유 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지와, 상기 수지의 구조중에 존재하는 수산기와 반응하는 가교제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 기재 시트, 상기 기재 시트의 적어도 한쪽의 면에 마련한 감열 기록층 및 다른 면의 서멀 헤드와 접촉하는 배면에 내열 보호층을 가지고, 상기 내열 보호층이, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지를 적어도 포함하는 수지 조성물에 의해서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열 기록 재료.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이, 다른 수지를 더 포함하는 감열 기록 재료.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 내열 보호층이, 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지의 구조중에 존재하는 수산기와, 상기 수산기와 반응하는 가교제와의 반응에 의해서 가교해서 이루어지는 피막인 감열 기록 재료.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 기재 시트의 두께가, 2.5㎛∼4.5㎛로 표시할 수 있는 범위인 것인 감열 기록 재료.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 내열 보호층의 두께가, 0.001∼2.00㎛의 범위인 감열 기록 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지 조성물을, 기포에, 충전 혹은 적층시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이, 다른 수지를 더 포함하는 인조 피혁.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 기포에 충전 혹은 적층하게 한 상기 수지 조성물중의 상기 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지가, 상기 수지의 구조중에 존재하는 수산기와, 상기 수산기와 반응하는 가교제와의 반응에 의해서 가교 되고 있는 인조 피혁.
- 열가소성 폴리올레핀 수지 시트와, 상기 시트상에 직접 형성된 톱코트층, 또는, 상기 시트상에 형성된 프라이머층을 사이에 두고 형성된 톱코트층의 어느 하나를 가지고, 또한, 톱코트층이, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지를 주성분으로 해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 수지제 표피재.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 톱코트층이, 상기 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지 100질량부에 대해서, 광택제거제로서, 유기계 미분말 혹은 무기계 미분말부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 조합으로 이루어지는 물질을 1∼150질량부의 비율로 배합한 조성물에 의해서 형성되고 있는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 수지제 표피재.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 톱코트층이, 상기 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지에 더하여, 상기 수지와 다른 기타 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물에 의해서 형성되고 있는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 수지제 표피재.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 톱코트층이, 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지의 구조중에 존재하는 수산기와, 상기 수산기와 반응하는 가교제와의 반응에 의해서 가교된 피막인 열가소성 폴리올레핀 수지제 표피재.
- 고분자 탄성체 재료에 피복, 또는 함침, 또는 피복 및 함침시키고, 타 부품과 미끄럼접촉하는 미끄럼접촉부에 표면 처리층을 형성하기 위한 웨더스트립용 재료로서, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함해서 이루어지는 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 웨더스트립용 재료.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이, 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지 100질량부에 대해서, 평균 중합도 5,000∼100,000의 디올가노폴리실록산 및 점도가 100∼1,000CS의 실리콘 오일 중 1종 이상을, 1∼100질량부의 비율로 배합되어 이루어지는 웨더스트립용 재료.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이, 상기 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지 100질량부에 대해서, 광택제거제로서, 유기계 미분말 혹은 무기계 미분말부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 조합으로 이루어지는 물질을 1∼150질량부의 비율로 첨가하여 이루어지는 웨더스트립용 재료.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이, 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지 이외의 바인더 수지를 더 포함하는 웨더스트립용 재료.
- 제 20 항에 기재된 웨더스트립용 재료를 고분자 탄성체 재료에 피복, 또는 함침, 또는 피복 및 함침시키고, 타 부품과 미끄럼접촉하는 미끄럼접촉부에 표면 처리층이 형성되어 이루어지고, 상기 표면 처리층이, 웨더스트립용 재료중의 폴리실록산 변성 폴리히드록시 폴리우레탄 수지의 구조중의 수산기와 반응하는 가교제로 가교되어 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨더스트립.
