Description
Claims (19)
- 도전제, 바인더 및 캐소드 활물질을 포함하는 캐소드 활물질 조성물이 집전체의 일면 상에 형성되며,상기 캐소드 활물질 조성물이 바나듐 산화물로 코팅되고,상기 캐소드 활물질이 하기 화학식 1, 2, 및 4의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드:<화학식 1>xLi2MO3-(1-x)LiMeO2식중,0 < x < 1 이고,M은 Mn, Ti, 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이고,Me는 Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, Mg, Zr 및 B로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이다;<화학식 2>Li1+aFe1-bM'bPO4식중,-0.1 < a < 0.1이고,0 ≤ b ≤1이며,M'은 Mn, Co 및 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상이다;<화학식 4>Li1+eMn2-eO4식중,0 ≤ e ≤ 0.33 이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바나듐 산화물이 VOx(2≤x<2.5) 또는 V2O5인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바나듐 산화물이 V2O5인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바나듐 산화물의 함량비가 상기 캐소드 활물질 조성물 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 활물질이 하기 화학식 1의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드:<화학식 1>xLi2MO3-(1-x)LiMeO2식중,0 < x < 1 이고,M은 Mn, Ti, 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이고,Me는 Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, Mg, Zr 및 B로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이다.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 Me가 Cr, Mn, Co 및 Ni로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 x가 0.1 내지 0.6의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 캐소드;애노드; 및유기 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 애노드가 애노드 활물질, 도전제, 바인더 및 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 활물질이 리튬 금속, 리튬 합금, 탄소재 또는 그래파이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 세파레이터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 전해액이 리튬염, 고유전율 용매 및 저비점 용매 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 고유전율 용매가 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트와 같은 환상형 카보네이트, 감마-부티로락톤 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 저비점 용매가 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트. 디에틸 카보네이트, 디프로필 카보네이트, 디메톡시에탄, 디에톡시에탄, 지방산 에스테르 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 바인더, 도전제, 캐소드 활물질 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 슬러리를 집전체 상에 도포 및 건조하여 캐소드 활물질 조성물층을 형성하는 단계;불활성 분위기하에 바나듐 알콕사이드 용액을 상기 캐소드 활물질 조성물층에 주입 및 건조하여 예비 캐소드를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 예비 캐소드를 대기 중의 수분에 노출시켜 가수분해한 후, 진공건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 캐소드의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 바나듐 산화물이 VOx(2≤x<2.5) 또는 V2O5인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 활물질이 하기 화학식 1 내지 4의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드의 제조방법:<화학식 1>xLi2MO3-(1-x)LiMeO2식중,0 < x < 1 이고,M은 Mn, Ti, 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이고,Me는 Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, Mg, Zr 및 B로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이다;<화학식 2>Li1 + aFe1 - bM'bPO4식중,-0.1 < a < 0.1이고,0 ≤ b ≤1이며,M'은 Mn, Co 및 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상이다;<화학식 3>Li1 +c(Ni0 .5Mn0 .5)1- dCodO2식중,-0.1 < c < 0.1이고,0 ≤ d ≤ 1이다;<화학식 4>Li1 + eMn2 - eO4식중,0 ≤ e ≤ 0.33 이다.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 활물질이 하기 화학식 1의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐소드의 제조방법:<화학식 1>xLi2MO3-(1-x)LiMeO2식중,0 < x < 1 이고,M은 Mn, Ti, 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속이고,Me는 Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Al, Mg, Zr 및 B로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속이다.
