Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 기판; 상기 기판 상에 형성되는 기저층; 상기 기저층 상에 형성되되, 상기 기저층으로부터 연속 또는 불연속적으로 돌출되는 복수개의 제1 돌기로 이루어진 제1 텍스처링(texturing)부; 및 상기 제1 돌기의 외주면에 연속 또는 불연속적으로 돌출되는 복수개의 제2 돌기로 이루어진 제2 텍스처링부를 포함하는 산화물 또는 질화물 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
Description
본 발명의 배경이 되는 기술은 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-0709655호(2007.04.13.)에 개시되어 있다.

도 6은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광추출층의 전체 두께와 광추출 효율 간의 상관관계를 나타낸 그래프.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광추출층의 기저층 두께와 광추출 효율 간의 상관관계를 나타낸 그래프.
도 8은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 광추출층의 제1 텍스처링부의 두께와 광추출 효율 간의 상관관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (11)
- 일면에 유기발광소자가 배치되는 기판;
상기 기판의 타면에 형성되는 기저층;
상기 기저층 상에 형성되되, 상기 기저층으로부터 연속 또는 불연속적으로 돌출되는 복수개의 제1 돌기로 이루어진 제1 텍스처링(texturing)부; 및
상기 제1 돌기의 외주면에 연속 또는 불연속적으로 돌출되는 복수개의 제2 돌기로 이루어진 제2 텍스처링부;
를 포함하는 산화물 또는 질화물 박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 또는 질화물 박막은 상기 기판보다 상대적으로 큰 굴절률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 또는 질화물 박막은 1 ~ 12㎛ 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기저층의 두께는 상기 제1 텍스처링부의 두께 대비 25% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기저층은 상기 제1 텍스처링부에 비해 상대적으로 조밀한 결정 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 또는 질화물 박막은 ZnO, TiO2, SnO2, SrTiO3, VO2, V2O3, SrRuO3, Si3N4, SiN, TiN 및 SiO2로 이루어진 물질군 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 혼합한 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 또는 질화물 박막은 Mg, Cd, S, Se, Te, F, Ga, Al, F, Mn, Co, Cu, Nb, Nd, Sr, W 및 Fe을 포함하는 금속군 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 도펀트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
380 ~ 800㎚ 파장대의 평균 투과율이 40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판.
- 상압화학기상증착 공정을 통해 기판의 일면에 기저층, 기저층으로부터 연속 또는 불연속적으로 돌출되는 복수개의 제1 돌기로 이루어진 제1 텍스처링부 및 상기 제1 돌기의 외주면에 연속 또는 불연속적으로 돌출되는 복수개의 제2 돌기로 이루어진 제2 텍스처링부를 포함하는 산화물 또는 질화물 박막으로 이루어진 광추출층을 형성하고,
상기 기판의 타면에 유기발광소자를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 상압화학기상증착 공정 전에 상기 기판을 플라즈마 또는 화학 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 상압화학기상증착 공정 후에 형성된 상기 광추출층을 플라즈마 또는 화학 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자용 광추출층 기판 제조방법.
