Claims (5)
- 인 및 몰리브덴을 함유한 헤테로폴리산 화합물을 포함한 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매를 재생하는 방법으로서, 비활성 촉매, 암모늄 이온, 질산 이온 및 물을 포함한 혼합물을 건조하는 단계, 건조된 혼합물을 성형하는 단계, 성형된 생성물을 1차로 산화성 기체의 대기 중에 360 내지 410 ℃의 온도에서 소성시키는 단계, 이어서 상기 생성물을 2차로 비산화성 기체의 대기 중에 420 내지 500 ℃의 온도에서 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 건조 전에 100 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 2 시간 이상 동안 열처리되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 제 1 소성 전에, 40 내지 100 ℃의 온도에서 0.5 내지 10 시간 동안 상대 습도가 10 내지 60 %인 대기에 노출되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 헤테로폴리산 화합물이 추가로 바나듐; 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소; 및 구리, 비소, 안티몬, 붕소, 은, 비스무트, 철, 코발트, 란탄 및 세륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소를 포함하는 방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법:제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매를 재생시키는 단계, 및 이어서메타크롤레인, 이소부틸알데히드, 이소부탄 및 이소부티르산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 상기 재생 촉매의 존재 하에서 기상 촉매 산화 반응시키는 단계.
