Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 재조합 방선균의 에탄올 생산에 대한 주요 대사경로(pathway)를 보여주는 것이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 방선균에 적합한 코돈체계로 최적화한 파이루베이트 디카르복실레이즈(pyruvate decarboxylase)유전자의 염기서열(서열번호 1)을 보여주는 것이고,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 방선균에 적합한 코돈체계로 최적화한 알코올 디하이드로지네이즈(alcohol dehydrogenase II)유전자의 염기서열(서열번호 2)을 보여주는 것이며,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 재조합 벡터의 개열지도를 보여주는 것이고,
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 재조합 스트렙토마이세스 실리칼라(Streptomyces coelicolor) 형질전환체를 이용하여 생산된 에탄올 농도를 측정한 결과이며,
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 재조합 스트렙토마이세스 리비단스(Streptomyces lividans) 형질전환체를 이용하여 생산된 에탄올 농도를 측정한 결과이다.
Claims (11)
- 방선균에 적합한 코돈체계로 최적화(codon optimization)한 서열번호 1에 기재된 염기서열을 가지는 파이루베이트 디카르복실레이즈(pyruvate decarboxylase)유전자; 및 서열번호 2에 기재된 염기서열을 가지는 알코올 디하이드로지네이즈 (alcohol dehydrogenase II)유전자;를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.

상기 방선균은 스트렙토마이세스 실리칼라(Streptomyces coelicolor) 또는 스트렙토마이세스 리비단스(Streptomyces lividans)인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 방선균. - 제 7항에 따른 재조합 방선균을 배양하여 에탄올을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 재조합 방선균을 글루코스(glucose), 갈락토오스(galactose), 자일로오스(xylose), 셀로바이오스(cellobiose), 스타치(starch), 아가로스(agarose), 카르복시메틸셀룰로스(CM-cellulose) 및 자일란(xylan)으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄소원을 사용하여 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 7항에 따른 재조합 방선균을 포함하는 에탄올 생성용 조성물.
