Description
Claims (18)
- (ⅰ)유리섬유포(woven glass fiber)를 포함하는 플라스틱층 ;(ⅱ)상기 플라스틱층의 양 측면 또는 일 측면에 적층되는 금속박 ;(ⅲ)상기 플라스틱층과 금속박 사이에 적층되는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 필름층 ; 및(ⅳ)상기 금속박의 일 측면 위에 형성되는 평탄화층을 포함하여 이루어지는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리에틸렌설포네이트, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리아릴레이트, 강화복합섬유(FRP)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층은 유리섬유포를 포함하는 프리프레그(prepreg)를 2개층 적층하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층은 두께가 10 ~ 300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속박은 구리 또는 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속박은 두께가 5 ~ 300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱층과 금속박의 적층 방법은 무접착제법, 캐스트법, 라미네이션법 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성기판은 유리섬유포를 포함하는 플라스틱층 대신 폴리이미드 필름층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연성기판은 폴리이미드 필름층과 금속박 사이에 테프론필름층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드 필름층은 두께가 5 ~ 200 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층은 산화막 또는 질화막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 산화막 또는 질화막은 SiOC, SiOF, SiO2, SiON, TEOS(tetra-ethyl-ortho-silicate), FSG(hydrogensilsesquioxane), MSQ(methylsilsesquioxane), BCB(bis-benzocyclobutene), PAE(poly arylene ether), HOSP(hybrid-organo-siloxane polymer)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 산화막 또는 질화막은 금속 물질을 추가로 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 금속 물질은 구리 또는 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층의 두께는 3 ~ 50 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화층은 롤 코팅, 스핀 코팅, 스프레이 코팅, 딥 코팅 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자용 연성기판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항, 제9항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항의 연성기판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자.
