Description
도 2는 나사형상 숫돌의 종단면도이다.
도 3은 드레싱 장치에 있어서 나사형상 숫돌 및 드레싱 기어의 배치 상태를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 내치차 가공 방법의 일 실시형태의 설명도이다.
도 5는 시뮬레이션(1)의 해석 결과이며, 도 5의 (a)는 각 숫돌 제원에 대한, 숫돌 비틀림각, 워크 회전수(min-1), 숫돌 회전수(min-1), 미끄럼 속도(m/s)를 나타낸 표이며, 도 5의 (b)는 숫돌 외경과 축각의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 시뮬레이션(2)의 해석 결과이며, 도 6의 (a)는 각 숫돌 제원에 대한, 숫돌 비틀림각, 워크 회전수(min-1), 숫돌 회전수(min-1), 미끄럼 속도(m/s)를 나타낸 표이며, 도 6의 (b)는 숫돌 외경과 축각의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 워크 회전축 둘레로 회전 가능한 피가공 내치차와, 상기 워크 회전축에 대하여 소정의 축 교차각으로 배치되는 공구 회전축 둘레로 회전 가능한 배럴 형상의 나사형상 공구를 맞물리게 하여 동기 회전시키는 것에 의해, 피가공 내치차에 연삭 가공을 실행하는 내치차 가공 방법에 있어서,
상기 나사형상 공구를 드레싱할 때마다, 상기 나사형상 공구를 드레싱하기 전에 예측된 드레싱 후의 상기 나사형상 공구의 변화될 외경에 근거하여 연삭 가공의 축 교차각이 변경 설정되고,
상기 설정된 축 교차각에 근거하여 상기 나사형상 공구가 드레싱되며,
상기 드레싱된 나사형상 공구가 상기 설정된 축 교차각으로 배치되고,
상기 축 교차각이 상기 나사형상 공구를 드레싱할 때마다 점차 작게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는
내치차 가공 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
드레싱하기 전의 연삭 가공시의 미끄럼 속도가 연산되고, 상기 연산된 미끄럼 속도를 기준으로 하여 상기 피가공 내치차의 회전수와 상기 나사형상 공구의 회전수가 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는
내치차 가공 방법. - 축방향 양 단부로부터 축방향 중간부를 향함에 따라서 그 직경이 점차 커지도록 형성되고, 피가공 내치차의 가공에 이용되는 배럴 형상의 나사형상 공구에 대하여 드레싱 공구를 이용하여 드레싱을 실행하는 나사형상 공구의 드레싱 방법에 있어서,
드레싱하기 전에 드레싱 후의 나사형상 공구의 외경이 예측되고,
상기 나사형상 공구의 드레싱 후의 예측 외경에 근거하여 드레싱 후의 연삭 가공시의 축 교차각이 설정되며,
상기 설정된 축 교차각으로부터 상기 나사형상 공구의 비틀림각이 설정되고,
상기 나사형상 공구가 상기 설정된 비틀림각이 되도록 상기 드레싱 공구로 드레싱을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는
나사형상 공구의 드레싱 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 드레싱 공구는 드레싱 기어 회전축 둘레로 회전 가능한 내치형상의 드레싱 기어이며,
상기 설정된 축 교차각으로 상기 드레싱 기어와 상기 나사형상 공구가 맞물린 상태에서 드레싱을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는
나사형상 공구의 드레싱 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 드레싱 공구는 피가공 내치차의 톱니의 단면 형상을 윤곽으로 하는 형상을 이루는 드레서이며,
상기 설정된 비틀림각으로 상기 드레서가 상기 나사형상 공구에 맞물린 상태에서 드레싱을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는
나사형상 공구의 드레싱 방법.
