Claims (4)
- 고유 점도 0.95 내지 1.00dl/g인 폴리에스테르 칩을 용융 방사하여 제조한 폴리에스테르 미연신사를 다단 연신 롤러에서 연신-열고정-이완-스트레칭-권취하는 단계를 거쳐서 제조한 폴리에스테르 섬유로서,(1) 강도 9.0g/d 이상(2) 수축률 3% 이하(수축률은 시료에 0.01g/d의 하중을 가하면서 190℃에서 15분 방치한 후의 길이차이의 백분률임.)(3) 원사 점도 0.77-0.90인 것을 특징으로 고강도, 저수축 산업용 폴리에스테르 섬유.
- 1) 고유점도가 0.95 내지 1.00dl/g인 폴리에스테르 중합물을 용융방사하여 냉각 고화된 미연신사를 제조하는 단계;2) 상기 미연신사를 다단 연신롤러를 이용하여 아래의 조건으로 연신-열고정-이완-스트레칭-권취공정을 거쳐 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 저수축 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법(a) 연신비: 5.9 내지 6.2(b) 이완률: 10 내지 13%(c) 이완영역 온도: 245 내지 250℃(d) 권취속도: 3500m/min
- 제 2항에 있어서, 1)단계에서 실린더 온도를 300 내지 315℃으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도, 저수축 산업용 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 의해 제조된 고강도, 저수축 산업용 폴리에스테르 섬유를 포함하는 타포린이나 트럭용 커버지 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 된 산업용 포지.
