Claims (6)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 인 함량은 원사기준으로 5,000-6,000ppm이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, TiO2는 원사 기준으로 500-3,000ppm이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유.
- 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법에 있어서,폴리에스테르 주쇄 내에 하기 화학구조식 1의 인계 화합물 포함하고, 동시에 핵제로서 TiO2를 함유하는 저점도 폴리에스테르 칩을 고상중합하는 단계;상기 고상 중합된 폴리에스테르 칩을 고유점도가 0.85-1.1인 난연 폴리에스테르 칩으로 용융, 방사시켜 냉각고화된 미연신사를 제조하는 단계;상기 미연신사를 총연신비 5.3~5.8, 네 번째 권취 롤러에 해당하는 GR4를 온도 230~240℃로서 직접가열하여 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 열처리가 된 미연신사를 11-15%의 이완율로 이완시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.화학식 1
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 인계 화합물의 인의 함량은 원사 기준으로 5,000 내지 6,000이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 TiO2의 함량은 원사 기준으로 500 내지 3,000 ppm이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법.
