Claims (5)
- 건습식 방사 공정에서 폴리아크릴로니트릴 중합체 용액을 공기 중으로 섬유 형태로 토출하는 방사노즐, 상기 방사노즐로부터 토출된 섬유가 통과하는 에어갭층, 상기 토출된 섬유를 응고시키기 위한 비용매를 수용하고 있는 응고욕 및 상기 응고된 섬유를 방향전환시켜 밖으로 이송하기 위한 가이드로 구성되어 있는 탄소섬유용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체의 방사원액의 응고장치에 있어서,
상기 에어갭층을 통과한 토출된 섬유를 상기 응고욕으로 입수하면서 발생되는 응고액 저항을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 응고액의 표면으로부터 턴-가이드까지의 수직 방향의 거리를 10cm 내지 60cm로 설정하고, 상기 응고액 내에 턴-가이드를 복수개를 설치하되 상기 턴-가이드는 그의 중앙 부위가 양쪽의 가장자리 부위에 비해 안쪽으로 휘어져서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체의 방사원액의 응고장치. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 턴-가이드는 3개 내지 9개의 복수개를 응고욕 내에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체의 방사원액의 응고장치.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 턴-가이드는 그의 중앙 부위가 양쪽의 가장자리 부위에 비해 안쪽으로 휘어져서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체의 방사원액의 응고장치.
