Claims (9)
- 안경 프레임에 부착시키기 위해 안경 렌즈를 가공할 때에, 가공 형상인 렌즈형의 렌즈에 대한 레이아웃을 설정하는 레이아웃 설정 장치는,렌즈형 데이터를 입력하는 렌즈형 데이터 입력 수단과,디스플레이와,상기 렌즈형 데이터 입력 수단에 입력된 렌즈형의 렌즈의 광학 중심에 대한 위치관계를 레이아웃하기 위한 레이아웃 데이터로서, 프레임의 착용자의 동공간 거리와, 프레임의 프레임 동공간 거리를 포함하는 레이아웃 데이터를 입력하기 위해 사용되는 제 1 화면과, 프레임의 휨 각도를 측정하기 위해 사용되는 제 2 화면을, 상기 디스플레이에 전환 표시 또는 동시 표시하게 하는 표시 제어부를 갖는 레이아웃 설정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 화면을 사용하여 측정된 프레임의 휨 각도를 입력하기 위해 사용되는 휨 각도 입력 수단을 추가로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이아웃 설정 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 표시 제어부는, 기준 라인과, 상기 기준 라인 상의 점을 중심으로 회전 가능한 각도 측정 라인을 상기 제 2 화면 내에 표시하게 하며,상기 휨 각도 입력 수단은, 상기 측정 라인의 상기 기준 라인에 대한 회전량 또는 회전 각도를 입력하여 프레임의 휨 각도를 입력하기 위해 사용되는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이아웃 설정 장치.
- 제 2 항의 레이아웃 설정 장치를 가지며, 상기 렌즈형 데이터 입력 수단은, 측정에 의해 프레임의 렌즈형을 얻는 측정 유닛을 포함하는 안경 프레임 측정 장치.
- 제 2 항의 레이아웃 설정 장치를 가지며, 렌즈에 가공용 지그인 컵을 부착시키는 컵 부착 유닛을 갖는 컵 부착 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 입력된 레이아웃 데이터와 입력된 휨 각도에 기초하여, 상기 렌즈형 데이터 입력 수단에 의해 입력된 렌즈형의 기하 중심에 대한 렌즈의 광학 중심의 동공간 거리 방향의 횡어긋남량을 구하는 연산부를 추가로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이아웃 설정 장치.
- 제 6 항의 레이아웃 설정 장치를 가지며,렌즈를 유지하는 렌즈 척과,가공구와,구해진 횡어긋남량에 기초하여 가공 데이터를 구하는 연산부와,구해진 가공 데이터에 기초하여, 상기 렌즈 척에 유지된 렌즈와 상기 가공구의 위치 관계를 제어하여 렌즈의 주연을 가공하는 가공 제어부를 가지는 안경 렌즈 가공 장치.
