Abstract
[해결수단] 사출성형기는, 전자석(49)에 의한 흡착력으로 형체력을 발생시키는 형체력 발생기구를 구비한다. 형체력 발생기구는, 전자석(49)의 코일(48)에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급부(100)와, 전류공급부(100)를 제어하는 제어장치(60)를 포함한다. 제어장치(60)에 의한 제어 하에서의 전류공급부(100)에 의한 코일(48)에의 전류공급을 정지한 상태에서 코일(48)에 전류를 공급하는 전기회로(200)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 3은, 본 발명의 한 실시형태에 의한 사출성형기의 전자석의 코일에 전류를 공급하는 회로를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (3)
- 고정금형이 장착되는 제1 고정부재와,
가동금형이 장착되는 제1 가동부재와,
상기 제1 가동부재와 함께 이동하는 제2 가동부재와,
상기 제1 가동부재와 상기 제2 가동부재 사이에 설치되는 제2 고정부재와,
상기 제2 고정부재와 상기 제2 가동부재 사이에 전자석에 의한 흡착력으로 형체력을 발생시키는 형체력 발생기구를 구비하고,
상기 형체력 발생기구는, 상기 전자석의 코일에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급부와, 상기 전류공급부를 제어하는 제어장치를 포함하고,
상기 제어장치에 의한 제어 하에서의 상기 전류공급부에 의한 상기 코일에의 전류공급을 정지한 상태에서 상기 코일에 전류를 공급하는 전기회로가 형성되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전기회로는, 상기 코일에 공급되는 전류의 전류치를 가변으로 하는 가변저항기를 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전기회로는, 상기 전자석과 상기 전자석에 흡착되는 흡착부 사이에 형성되는 갭이 소정치 이하일 때에 상기 코일에의 전류공급을 허용하고, 상기 갭이 소정치를 넘을 때에 상기 코일에의 전류공급을 금지하는 스위치를 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기.
