Claims (11)
- 주차 브레이크 지령에 의하여 작동을 개시하는, 스프링의 가세력에 의하여 작동하고, 오일압력에 의하여 해제되는 네거티브형 주차 브레이크 장치와,상기 주차 브레이크 지령을 출력하는 출력부와,운전자의 브레이크 페달의 조작에 따라 작동하는 서비스 브레이크 장치와,상기 출력부로부터의 주차 브레이크 지령 출력에 따라, 운전자의 페달 조작에 관계없이, 미리 정해진 시간만큼 상기 서비스 브레이크 장치를 작동시키는 브레이크 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 미리 정해진 시간은, 주차 브레이크 지령의 출력에 의한 상기 네거티브형 주차 브레이크 장치의 작동 개시 후, 주차 브레이크력이 미리 정해진 값까지 증가하는데 필요로 하는 시간으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 네거티브형 주차 브레이크 장치에 브레이크 해제압을 작용시키는 압유의 온도를 검출하는 오일 온도 검출부를 더 구비하고,상기 브레이크 제어부는, 상기 오일 온도 검출부에 의하여 검출된 오일 온도 가 높을수록 상기 미리 정해진 시간을 짧게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 브레이크 페달의 조작을 검출하는 페달 조작 검출부를 가지고,상기 브레이크 제어부는, 상기 페달 조작 검출부에 의하여 미리 설정된 밟기 조작이 검출되면, 상기 출력부에 의하여 주차 브레이크 지령이 출력되어 있지 않아도, 운전자의 페달 조작에 관계없이 상기 서비스 브레이크 장치를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 미리 설정된 밟기 조작은, 최대 밟기 조작인 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,차속을 검출하는 차속 검출부를 가지고,상기 브레이크 제어부는, 상기 차속 검출부에 의하여 검출된 차속이 미리 정해진 값 이하일 때, 상기 주차 브레이크 지령이 출력되었을 때의 상기 서비스 브레이크 장치의 작동을 허가하고, 차속이 상기 미리 정해진 값보다 클 때, 상기 주차 브레이크 지령이 출력되었을 때의 상기 서비스 브레이크 장치의 작동을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 네거티브형 주차 브레이크 장치는, 주행용 동력을 차축에 전달하는 네거티브형의 제 1 클러치 장치와 제 2 클러치 장치를 가지는 트랜스미션에 의하여 구성되고,이 트랜스미션은, 상기 주차 브레이크 지령이 출력되면, 상기 제 1 클러치 장치와 제 2 클러치 장치를 동시에 걸어 맞춰 차축의 회전을 저지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제 1 클러치 장치와 제 2 클러치 장치는, 스프링의 가세력에 의하여 각각 걸어 맞춰지고, 오일압력에 의하여 각각 해방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 제 1 클러치 장치가 해방되고, 또한, 상기 제 2 클러치 장치가 걸어 맞춰지면, 상기 트랜스미션은 제 1 변속비가 되고, 상기 제 1 클러치 장치가 걸어 맞춰지고, 또한, 상기 제 2 클러치 장치가 해방되면, 상기 트랜스미션은 상기 제 1 변속비보다도 작은 제 2 변속비가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업차량의 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 기재된 작업차량의 제어장치와,유압모터에 의하여 차륜을 회전하는 주행장치와,굴삭장치를 가지는 주행식 작업차량.
