Claims (6)
- 희토류 원소 R: 12원자% 이상 17원자% 이하,붕소 B: 5.0원자% 이상 8.0원자% 이하,Mn: 0.02원자% 이상 0.2원자% 이하,전이 금속 T: 잔량부를 함유하고,희토류 원소 R은 Y(이트륨)을 포함하는 희토류 원소로부터 선택된 적어도 1종으로서 Pr: 0.2원자% 이상 8원자% 이하를 함유하고,전이 금속 T는 Fe을 함유하는 R-T-B계 소결 자석.
- 제1항에 있어서,희토류 원소 R로서, Tb 및 Dy 중 적어도 일방을 포함하는 R-T-B계 소결 자석.
- 제1항에 있어서,전이 금속 T로서, Co: 20원자% 이하를 함유하는 R-T-B계 소결 자석.
- 희토류 원소 R: 12원자% 이상 17원자% 이하,붕소 B: 5.0원자% 이상 8.0원자% 이하,Mn: 0.02원자% 이상 0.2원자% 이하,첨가 원소 M: 0 초과 5.0원자% 이하,전이 금속 T: 잔량부를 함유하고,희토류 원소 R은 Y(이트륨)을 포함하는 희토류 원소로부터 선택된 적어도 1종으로서 Pr: 0.2원자% 이상 8원자% 이하를 함유하고,전이 금속 T는 Fe을 함유하고,첨가 원소 M은 Al, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ag, In, Sn, Bi, Ti, V, Cr, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, 및 W으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 R-T-M-B계 소결 자석.
- 제4항에 있어서,희토류 원소 R로서, Tb 및 Dy 중 적어도 일방을 포함하는 R-T-M-B계 소결 자석.
- 제5항에 있어서,전이 금속 T로서, Co: 20원자% 이하를 함유하는 R-T-M-B계 소결 자석.
