Abstract
Description
도 2a 내지 도 2c는 도 1a의 원통형 발전기 하우징을 도시한 각각의 도면들로서, 도 2a는 블레이드 회전축(A)을 따른 수직방향 단면도이고, 도 2b는 측면(S1)의 평면 측면도이며, 도 2c는 측면(S2)의 평면 측면도;
도 3a 내지 도 3c는 도 1a의 나셀에서 이용될 수 있는 원통형 발전기 하우징의 다른 예를 도시한 각각의 도면으로서, 도 3a는 측면(S1)의 평면 측면도이고, 도 3b는 블레이드 회전축(A)을 따른 수직방향 단면도이며, 도 3c는 측면(S2)의 평면 측면도;
도 4a 및 도 4b는 각각 도 1a 및 도 1b의 나셀의 장착 방법을 예시하기 위한 단면도;
도 5는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 전체적인 구조의 일례를 도시한 측면도.

Claims (9)
- 하부 부분과 상부 부분을 구비한 주 프레임; 및
상기 주 프레임의 상기 하부 부분과 상기 상부 부분 사이에 장착되는 베어링 하우징에 의해 지지되는 원통형 베어링;를 포함하고,
상기 하부 부분과 상기 상부 부분은 상기 하부 부분과 상기 상부 부분의 원통형 내부면으로 규정된 원통형 공간을 에워싸고,
상기 하부 부분과 상기 상부 부분은 고정자와 회전자 공간을 포함하는 원통형 발전기 하우징을 폐쇄 상태로 형성하는 방식으로 에워싸고,
상기 원통형 발전기 하우징은 제1측면과 제2측면을 구비하고, 상기 제1측면은 개방되어 상기 회전자 공간을 노출시키고,
상기 원통형 베어링은 제1단부와 제2단부를 구비하여 축을 따라 Y자 형상 단면을 나타내는 플랜지를 회전 가능하게 지지하며,
상기 플랜지의 상기 제1단부는 상기 원통형 발전기 하우징의 상기 제1측면을 통해서 상기 회전자 공간 내로 무접촉방식으로 삽입된 회전자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주 프레임의 상부 부분은, 상기 주 프레임의 하부 부분에 일체로 설치된 플랜지와 상기 주 프레임의 상부 부분에 일체로 설치된 플렌지 내에 장착된 볼트에 의해 상기 주 프레임의 하부 부분에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2측면은 상기 원통형 발전기 하우징이 원통형 컵 형상을 나타내도록 완전히 폐쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플랜지의 상기 제2단부에는 회전자 블레이드들을 부착하기 위한 허브가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주 프레임의 하부 부분에 부착된 플랜지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 플랜지는 탑의 상부에 설치되는 베어링에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원통형 발전기 하우징의 벽 내에는 상기 제2측면 내에 대응하는 접속 개구부를 지니는 냉각/가열 수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원통형 발전기 하우징의 벽 내에는 상기 원통형 발전기 하우징의 온도를 감지하기 위한 일체화된 센서 수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원통형 발전기 하우징의 벽 내에는 측면에서 발전기 구성요소들의 용이한 접근성을 허용하는 유지·보수 개구부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 에너지 변환기의 나셀.
