Abstract
본 발명에 따른 생체적합성인 소장점막하조직 젤은 산화중합반응에 의한 가교 결합의 형성에 의해 쉽게 분해되지 않는 젤 형성이 가능하며, 젤화 시간, 팽윤 정도, 분해 및 기계적 물성과 같은 물리화학적 특성은 과산화수소 농도에 따라 조절가능하다는 장점이 있어 지혈제, 약물전달체 및 조직공학용 지지체로서의 용도로서 사용할 수 있다.

도 2는 티라민이 도입된 소장점막하조직에 당근 과산화효소와 과산화수소를 이용하여 젤을 가교하는 방법의 모식도이다.

Claims (15)
- 소장점막하조직 파우더를 수용액화 후 가교제를 혼합하여 산화중합반응에 의한 가교 반응 시키는 소장점막하조직 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- (i) 소장점막하조직에 가교제를 도입하고 분쇄시키는 단계;
(ii) 가교제가 도입된 분쇄된 소장점막하조직을 산성 용액 및 펩신과 혼합하여 소장점막하조직 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(iii) 상기 혼합 용액에 염기성 용액을 처리하여 pH를 조절하는 단계;
(iv) 상기 단계 (iii)에서 얻은 용액을 동결 건조하여 파우더로 제조하는 단계; 및
(v) 상기 단계 (iv)의 파우더를 수용액화 후 가교제를 혼합하여 산화중합 반응시켜 가교 반응시키는 단계
를 포함하는 산화중합반응에 의한 소장점막하조직 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 (i) 단계의 가교제는 티라민, 하이드록시페닐아세트산, 하이드록시프로피온산, 도파민, 에피네프린 또는 하이드록시에틸아닐린인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (v) 단계의 가교제는 당근 과산화효소 또는 과산화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 가교 반응을 통하여 하이드로젤화가 일어나는 시간, 분해 시간, 기계적 강도 조절은 당근 과산화효소 또는 과산화수소의 농도로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 과산화수소의 농도는 50 ~ 300 mM 농도로 하이드로젤화 시간을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 통해 제조한 소장점막하조직 하이드로젤.
- 청구항 7의 소장점막하조직 하이드로젤을 포함하는 약물 전달용 담체.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 약물 전달용 담체는 펩타이드, 단백질 의약품, 항균제, 항암제 및 항염증제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 약물을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드 및 단백질 의약품은 섬유아세포 성장인자(fibroblast growth factor; FGF), 혈관내피세포 성장인자(vascular endothelial growth factor; VEGF), 전환 성장인자(transforming growth factor; TGF), 골형성 성장인자(bone morphogenetic protein; BMP), 인간성장호르몬(hGH), 돼지성장호르몬(pGH), 백혈구성장인자(G-CSF), 적혈구성장인자(EPO), 대식세포성장인자(M-CSF), 종양 괴사 인자(TNF), 상피세포 성장인자(EGF), 혈소판유도성장인자(PDGF), 인터페론-α,β,γ, 인터루킨-2(IL-2), 칼시토닌, 신경성장인자(NGF), 성장호르몬 방출인자, 엔지오텐신, 황체형성 호르몬 방출 호르몬(LHRH), 황체 형성 호르몬 방출 호르몬 작동약(LHRH agonist), 인슐린, 갑상선 자극 호르몬 방출 호르몬(TRH), 엔지오스태틴, 엔도스태틴, 소마토스타틴, 글루카곤, 엔도르핀, 바시트라신, 머게인, 콜리스틴, 바시트라신, 단일 항체, 백신류 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 항균제는 미노싸이클린, 테트라싸이클린, 오플록사신, 포스포마이신, 머게인, 프로플록사신, 암피실린, 페니실린, 독시싸이클린, 티에나마이신, 세팔로스포린, 노르카디신, 겐타마이신, 네오마이신, 가나마이신, 파로모마이신, 미크로 노마이신, 아미카신, 토브라마이신, 디베카신, 세포탁신, 세파클러, 에리스로마이신, 싸이프로플록사신, 레보플록사신, 엔옥사신, 반코마이신, 이미페넴, 후시딕산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 항암제는 파클리탁셀, 텍소티어, 아드리아마이신, 엔도스타틴, 앤지오스타틴, 미토마이신, 블레오마이신, 시스플레틴, 카보플레틴, 독소루비신, 다우노루비신, 이다루비신, 5-플로로우라실, 메토트렉세이트, 엑티노마이신-D 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 항염증제는 아세토아민펜, 아스피린, 이부프로펜, 디크로페낙, 인도메타신, 피록시캄, 페노프로펜, 플루비프로펜, 케토프로펜, 나프록센, 수프로펜, 록소프로펜, 시녹시캄, 테녹시캄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체.
- 청구항 7의 하이드로젤을 포함하는 조직 공학용 지지체.
- 청구항 7의 하이드로젤을 포함하는 지혈제.
