Claims (4)
- 제어 대상인 차륜에 대해 공급하는 브레이크액압의 증압 요구시에 밸브 개방시키는 증압 밸브와, 그 증압 밸브의 상류측에 가압한 브레이크액을 공급하는 피스톤 펌프를 구비한 제동 장치의 제동 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 증압 밸브의 밸브 개방 기간이 적어도 상기 피스톤 펌프에 있어서의 브레이크액의 토출 가능 기간이 되도록 당해 증압 밸브의 밸브 폐쇄 기간과 밸브 개방 기간의 듀티 비를 설정하고, 그 듀티 비에 기초하여 당해 증압 밸브를 제어하는 브레이크액압 제어 수단을 형성하고, 그 브레이크액압 제어 수단은, 상기 증압 밸브의 듀티 비를 당해 증압 밸브의 밸브 개방 기간이 적어도 상기 피스톤 펌프의 1 주기 이상의 기간이 되도록 설정하고,
상기 브레이크액압 제어 수단은, 상기 증압 밸브의 상류측에 가해지는 마스터 실린더압이 상기 제어 대상인 차륜에 대한 브레이크액압보다 낮을 때에 상기 증압 밸브의 듀티 비의 설정을 실시하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동 제어 장치. - 제어 대상인 차륜에 대해 공급하는 브레이크액압의 증압 요구시에 밸브 개방시키는 증압 밸브와, 그 증압 밸브의 상류측에 가압한 브레이크액을 공급하는 피스톤 펌프를 구비한 제동 장치의 제동 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 증압 밸브의 밸브 개방 기간이 적어도 상기 피스톤 펌프에 있어서의 브레이크액의 토출 가능 기간이 되도록 당해 증압 밸브의 밸브 폐쇄 기간과 밸브 개방 기간의 듀티 비를 설정하고, 그 듀티 비에 기초하여 당해 증압 밸브를 제어하는 브레이크액압 제어 수단을 형성하고, 그 브레이크액압 제어 수단은, 상기 증압 밸브의 듀티 비를 상기 피스톤 펌프의 구동원인 전동기의 출력 회전수에 기초하여 설정하고,
상기 브레이크액압 제어 수단은, 상기 증압 밸브의 상류측에 가해지는 마스터 실린더압이 상기 제어 대상인 차륜에 대한 브레이크액압보다 낮을 때에 상기 증압 밸브의 듀티 비의 설정을 실시하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제동 제어 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크액압 제어 수단은, 상기 증압 밸브의 듀티 비를, 당해 증압 밸브의 밸브 개방 기간이 적어도 상기 전동기의 1 초당의 출력 회전수의 역수가 되도록 설정하는 제동 제어 장치. - 삭제
